Never in my life have I felt the need to write a review or complaint but this place is not doing good.
Service- the employees are severely unprofessional. Not only the fact that I could overhear multiple loud & immature conversations between the people behind the counter but Isiah specifically obviously does not want to be there. He couldn’t have been more miserable. We did nothing. We’ve never met this man before & he gave us nasty & gross attitude & gross looks. For simply asking for a to-go box. Which he is SUPPOSED to provide. & even later when we had asked a different lady for two bags for our boxed up food he stood behind her & continued to act unbelievably nasty. At the end we asked for his name nicely & he continued to be gross. I couldn’t believe how he was acting.
Business- the place was a disaster. The floors were dirty, the walls, meals from prior costumers were just left on tables & if the table had been cleared of a meal there were liquids & crumbs all over it & the chairs. The pastry section was nearly empty & it was dead when we walked in. I don’t see a long future for this place at all. I went here all growing up. This is very sad. I used to love it so much. Will definitely not be going back.
And to Isiah, quit your job dude.

🤮🤮🤮This place is disgusting! Not only is it FILTHY- the walls and cabinets are rotting from yuck. 🤮 there is no way they are cleaning this place. EVER. They had no foods or pastries in the cabinets- it looked like it was barely in business. The girls working were pleasant enough- but the guy Isaiah is a very miserable human being who obviously hates his job & will glare and snarl at customers. Will NOT be going back here. I bet Panera won’t be there much longer either after what that place looks and runs like. Disappointing. Health department has been notified- Good luck Isaiah !

Ordered 6 bagels and cream cheese to bring somewhere for a birthday, but I guess now they just throw it all in a big bag loose. Cool. Oh and I guess wasn't sliced that great either.

My sister and I stopped by for coffee. The food looks great. I know from past experience that the food is good and their salads are amazing. Service needs work and when a customer says that the coffee isn't hot or doesn't taste like the flavor marked in the thermos container. You don't argue with the customer.

We had our group after church for lunch. Waited and waited for someone to take our order. One of our group asked someone in the back for help. No one ever came out from the back. Very strange.

You all need to really work on your doordash deliveries. How can you miss 2 items? That's just unacceptable... and if I want to complain, do I have to go through doordash? It's not their fault that all the items weren't in the bag. You guys seal the bag. That's on you guys. So, I should be able to contact you directly and have someone redeliver the missing items. I don't know why I keep giving this place a chance.

Out of their soup special at 5pm with only 3 customers in restaurant. Secondary soup was also out. Panera employee would not substitute alternative soup choice with their duet special. Half sandwich had more lettuce and tomato than turkey.

Have used the unlimited coffee now for almost a year-still a great option even if I can’t make it on a regular basis. Food is expensive but if using login with the app get some great discount deals to make a stop more affordable periodically.
