Online order was not ready for pick up upon arrival. Waited 10 minutes for food. Manager didn't seem to care. Expect for one employee who was kind, considerate and offered a free item for the wait.

Papers Bread has gone down hill. There were plenty of staff just standing around yet the tables and floors were dirty, the cashier was less than thrilled to be at work and the fresh baked selection at the counter was slim pickins for just before lunch. Tue restrooms were gross. I won't be back.

I did not appreciate the service at this location. It made me feel like they did not want my business. They were rude and impatient. There wasn't even anyone else waiting. The food itself was amazing but I would go to a different location next time.

I stopped by Panera Bread recently because I had a coupon and decided to pre-order online. The pickup itself was easy enough, but the experience wasn’t great overall. When I walked into the entryway, there was a very unpleasant, unappetizing odor that was immediately off-putting. It definitely didn’t set the right tone.
Picking up my pastry was straightforward, but no staff member greeted me or spoke to me at all, which added to the underwhelming feeling. Unfortunately, the pastry itself was dried out and the flavor just seemed off. I’m glad I had a discount, because I would’ve been even more disappointed if I had paid full price.
I’ve found myself consistently underwhelmed by Panera Bread lately—they’re definitely not what they used to be.

The food and drinks they offer are insanely overpriced.

Horrible place! Ordered and then proceeded to sit at the pickup window for 10-15 minutes. They never came to take payment, explained that it would be awhile or anything. After zero acknowledgement I just drove off. Based on the customer experience I’ve seen at this location practically every time, I’m sure this is common. Go anywhere else to buy a $7 microwaved breakfast sandwich

Fantastic staff. Good food and decent portions. Really hit the spot for my salad craving tonight.

Ordered online. Got there to pickup and didn't have bagel that I ordered. Then after we picked up order, they gave me the single cream cheese not the tub. Had to go back and get right one.

Long drive thru line, forgot to give us our bread at Panera BREAD, worker was nice and polite. Food was bland even compared to other fast food.

This Panera doubles as an escape room called “Find a Clean Table.” We failed. Crumbs everywhere, floors crunchy, staff unfazed.
The boy taking our order was rude & short - many dirty tables with staff standing around on their phones - the walls in the entry ate dirty with food - a woman attempted to clean a table and wiped the surface with a dry napkin - will not return

Horrible experience. When we got there the lady taking our order told us we could not do a split order which me and my friends have done every single time we’ve come. Then, we get our drinks and pay and wait at the window for around 20 minutes. Alisha, the worker, finally opened the window she had asked us what order we were waiting for, she then asked if we had already paid and we did. But then she started laughing and said “Damn yall hesitated” trying to imply that we did not pay and were trying to steal. I then went inside because they forgot to give us utensils and asked to speak to a manager. It took her 5 minutes to come talk to me despite the restaurant being completely empty. When i explained the situation and suggested maybe teaching employees to talk with professionalism. She said “i’m not saying they’re in the right but they are handling a lot right now” and then walked away. will not be back to panera after this.
My bagel was burnt. No creamer out at 7:45am. No cardboard sleeves for the coffee. Apparently no management or supervision at this location.
