You all need to really work on your doordash deliveries. How can you miss 2 items? That's just unacceptable... and if I want to complain, do I have to go through doordash? It's not their fault that all the items weren't in the bag. You guys seal the bag. That's on you guys. So, I should be able to contact you directly and have someone redeliver the missing items. I don't know why I keep giving this place a chance.

Great food and friendly staff. The walls could use a good cleaning/booth walls. They were dirty but a light a scrubbing could fix that. Other than that would recommend!

Out of their soup special at 5pm with only 3 customers in restaurant. Secondary soup was also out. Panera employee would not substitute alternative soup choice with their duet special. Half sandwich had more lettuce and tomato than turkey.

Have used the unlimited coffee now for almost a year-still a great option even if I can’t make it on a regular basis. Food is expensive but if using login with the app get some great discount deals to make a stop more affordable periodically.

Workers got my meal wrong and were very rude about it. Nobody was upfront to help us. And workers were cussing and talking very loudly about their personal problems. It wasn't busy so there was no excuse for getting my order wrong and didn't offer to fix it what-so-ever. Never had a bad experience but this really turned me off.

Waited 15 min for one smoothie at non peak hours. They kept doing other tasks instead of making my smoothie and I had an appointment. Never had that bad at Panera before. Seems like they are slipping a bit. Good help is harder and harder to find I guess.
Vegetarian options: Customize any dish to make it vegetarian just by substituting. Very simple and they do have quality options

Service is always pleasant, and the food is good. The new menu has some new items I would try, but not happy the Flatbread pizza is gone. It was my go to since I have an allergy to chicken and limited to my selections to order. Overall still never disappointed in the food.
The kids grilled cheese looked like it was made with a household toaster and microwave in a college dorm using value bread and plastic cheese. Instead of using the names on the orders or relying on the buzzers to notify customers when the food was ready, the staff were yelling the buzzer numbers. They were also out of baguette bread at 6PM.

I love the charged strawberry mint lemonade they have and their little brownie is so moist I love it I get a drink every two hrs because I have the sip club for 12.99 a month u can't beat
