Papa is my favorite pizza! You just gotta have it. Love being able to order while on the way home then pick it up.
The only down fall is there is not one close enough to deliver to my house so I ALWAYS have to pick it up.

I will never order from here again. They forgot some of my food. The app said my food was ready only to get there and it wasn’t. Missing items from my order. Sent in a complaint to only get a nonsense response. We used to eat at papa John’s twice a week. Not no more. Oh did I forget to mention I tipped on a carry out only for my husband to be treated like garbage. Yeah that happened too.

I order well done nearly every time I get pizza, some how, someway, every time I do it is on the lower end of cooked not the higher end like requesting well done would indicate. If it is not truly an option to get a well done pizza take it off the menu. It’s extremely frustrating to have to put food back in the oven that I paid someone else for the convenience, so I didn’t have to. Then still have to. This continued mess up from so many different papa John’s locations just ruins it for me. Papa John’s has always been my favorite pizza place but since there seems to be a decline in simply following order specifications, it’s really be ruined for me.
I just went to go pick up my pizza and watched one of the workers put his hand in the container or peppers, grab a handful and put it in a container for a customer. All without a glove. I am absolutely disgusted

Attempted to order on the Papa John’s app. Got everything in the cart, attempted to complete order. A window popped up saying I didn’t have a the right type of connection and the order couldn’t be placed. At that very moment my phone alerted me that a charge went to Papa John’s. I checked my account and saw that I was charged 6 times for the total of our order that I tried to purchase. So instead of $68 I was charged $371, I called the store and they informed me that it didn’t go through on their end so I would have to wait 2-3 days and it should be refunded. At the end of the day, I was charged 6 times the amount I agreed to and still had hungry kids because we never got the order we placed. Very upset and will not be ordering again.
