Attempted to order on the Papa John’s app. Got everything in the cart, attempted to complete order. A window popped up saying I didn’t have a the right type of connection and the order couldn’t be placed. At that very moment my phone alerted me that a charge went to Papa John’s. I checked my account and saw that I was charged 6 times for the total of our order that I tried to purchase. So instead of $68 I was charged $371, I called the store and they informed me that it didn’t go through on their end so I would have to wait 2-3 days and it should be refunded. At the end of the day, I was charged 6 times the amount I agreed to and still had hungry kids because we never got the order we placed. Very upset and will not be ordering again.

Dietary restrictions: They are very serious about the word allergy, went the extra mile at isolating our food to ensure no cross contamination was possible. I was impressed
Always pretty consistent quality and speed of delivery. One time they messed up an order and made it right within 15 min, on top of giving us the extra food. Plus their app is awesome.

Always busy, excellent staff that always greets you. Mistakes are made in business but they get issues resolved to the customers benefit. Love this place, when the pizza craving calls I call Papa Johns on 26th.
What great service at the west Sioux Falls Papa John’s. We like Papa John’s pizza - especially the crust. This store has great service, from the young lady answering the phone to the manager.
