Phil’s is a little slice of fun hidden away! Great service, great people, cool vibes , they have cold drinks and lotto machines that pay tv’s where you can watch the game and a new awesome live music venue. Check them out!
New favorite bar in Sioux Falls. Friendly staff. Local atmosphere. Low key and fun. Pool table was perfect for our friends. Can’t wait to make this a regular spot.
