The pad Thai wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either. It was somewhat bitter. The noodles were good but they were broken and slightly mushy. Tofu was amazing. It was crispy and flavorful. Overall, the quality of the food was mediocre.
Best Thai food in Sioux Falls. Took me a while to find it, but when I did I never looked back. I have a few go to dishes (pad Thai & drunken noodles), but the sauce and flavor balance always seems to be on point, no matter what I order.
Normally order take-out and it is normally ready within 15-30 min depending on how busy they are.

Had heard good things about Phnom Penh and decided to give it a chance. We started things off with shrimp 🍤 spring rolls very yummy! I went with drunkin noodles with steak and it did not disappoint. It had the right amount of heat. My wife had shrimp pho and really enjoyed it especially on a frigid winter's evening.
For the price and quality, I highly recommend. The service was second to none.
