This place used to be great. Was a longtime fan of Pho Quynh having lived in this neighborhood for 10+ years. Hadn’t had it in over a year & just recently ordered pickup. Admittedly this wasn’t what I usually go here for, I usually get Pho & spring rolls, & in the past those had been great. But I ordered egg rolls(#1, $5.75) instead of spring rolls & the Special Combination Noodle Soup(#34, choice of egg, rice, or udon noodles with seafood, pork, “and more”, $13.95). What I got was nothing like what I’ve received from this place over a year ago. The “egg rolls” were so burnt to a crisp that they literally had pure grease oozing out of the shell. & worse yet it was black instead of amber, as if the grease hadn’t been changed forever. The soup was beyond disappointing. The seafood was sparce, I couldn’t identify any pork unless it was hidden inside 2 small dumplings, & as far as I can tell the use of the word “more” in the description can only apply under the belief that “less is more”. The scantness of the broth’s ingredients could’ve been compensated for in sheer volume considering it was noodle soup after all, but even the mere volume of broth itself was disappointing. I don’t know what happened to this place between now and a year ago, but its not the same anymore. ☹ I don’t know if I can go back now, but I’m definitely never paying for something before I see it again.

Great authentic food with fresh ingredients and fast service. Unique flavors that are very hard to find in the Midwest. Very high value!

Nice little place. Fast and good. If you have the time to sit, it costs the same as McDonald's and is going to be way better.

I have no idea why this women is mean to me, I’ve used my manners always! Come here for two years, she points at the door and says to me “go outside!” If I wanted to wait inside for my order what is wrong with this? I’ve never received a smile or anything kind. I’ve also witnessed first hand she treats other Asian people very kindly and DOES SMILE.. I’ve come to the conclusion she hates white people. I’ve never done anything to this place other than be a good customer and say thank you!!! I’m tired of being treated like shid by her!

Spicy Lemongrass Chicken was dry and not very flavorful. Thai cuisine is my favorite but this dish was a real disappointment.

Food is good as always but not having a soda machine has always been a draw back....and one can of soda is $2.50. I cant do that.
