The Pho was clearly made by a Vietnamese person and it was authentic (Almost as good as LA CA). The broth is rich, the meat portions were a little light (one of each type of meat). The food never disappoints. I go for the Tofu Tamarind Soup. It comes with pineapple, celery, tomatoes, shrimp or tofu (your choice), scallions, bean sprouts, and cilantro. Sometimes I get other menu items but this is my favorite by far. Food is always ready quickly and my order is nearly always accurate.

We needed food before our appointment at the hospital and stopped in because it was convenient. How fortunate! The food was delicious and we had plenty to take back to our hotel to enjoy later. The restaurant was packed with customers and it was obvious that all were enjoying their meals. We got our food quickly and we will definitely stop in whenever we are in Sioux Falls.
