Pita Pit is such an underrated place, if you're trying to eat a little healthier, they have alot of great options, that taste really good and similar price to like a subway.
I think the only reason i don't crave it as often is because they don't put crap in their food that makes you addicted like the fast food places. The irony. I need to be more intentional about coming here because it's great!

The employee that was working Saturday April 5th at around 6pm was very rude, did not even acknowledge our presence when we walked through the door. She seemed annoyed to be working as her attitude was very short. She wiped my pita across the counter to clean up spilled sauce. Overall VERY unimpressed with the lackluster customer service.

I've never been disappointed with Pita Pit til today. The worker Chantelle at 69th location had messy hair, bad attitude, burnt my bacon, and showed on her face that she was grossed out by what my fiance ordered. Very disrespectful and gross. Would not recommend the 69th location.

This Pita Pit was awesome! Unfortunately the downtown location never got a chance to serve me because I left the drive thru after waiting 15 minutes to be helped at the ordering menu. I almost missed a great thing but decided to try this one when I came across it bc it was a different location So glad I did!!!

The food is great, but I won't go back because there's no way a vegetarian pita should cost as much as they charge. They raised prices for "inflation" and never lowered them. Price gougers ruining what was a great establishment. Also, not a fan of the 24/7 christian music that's piped in, but you do you.

As a new vegetarian, this is my favorite place to pick up a quick meal. The signature creation falafel is absolutely wonderful; very filling for not too many calories! Being able to schedule food ahead on the app is very nice as well!

Don't order from this location if you're a vegetarian. No matter who is working, they put meat on everything even if it's clicked off and not included as an ingredient in the order.....I didn't order a pita, I ordered a Bruschetta salad without chicken, and your employees put chicken on it. A bad day??? Pita Pit ruined my day because it couldn't take the time to actually read the order. Also, I don't know how it tasted because you contaminated it with chicken rendering the food inedible. I didn't eat any of it. You wasted my $12.48 and then instead of offering to do a better job, you accuse me of having a bad day? That was your answer. I bet you never went to college, never took a business course, you obviously know how to alienate customers by ruining orders and then place the blame on the customer. You're so stupid I bet you voted republican, didn't you? The Black Bean patty was the best thing on the menu and now Pita Pit discontinued it, that's why I had to order something and then exclude the meat from it. If you want to improve, offer your associates a literacy and reading comprehension course.
