ordered 1 pizza for carryout, went to pick up, i stood at the counter for several minutes ready to pay, but no one came up so I decided to sit, cause I understand they were busy. but, my pizza was done apparently, but no one greeted me or the other guests. they did seem understaffed so I get it. but my pizza was already done and in the warmer case, I did say to an employee I was waiting for a pizza, all I got was OK and she rushed back to the kitchen to continue Making pizzas....read full review
I was very disappointed this evening as I was called that the dipper pizza was not available after I placed my order online and paid. They informed me they were out and apologized. that’s fine- I told them let’s just make it simple. I’ll take a large pelt and a medium cheese. She said okay no problem sorry again. And that was that. Delivery driver comes. DOES NOT do contactless delivery so I open the door. And he says I owe them 20$ more dollars for the extra pizza. I didn’t...read full review
Went in for walk in pizza and he told me it would be a couple minutes. I waited for 30 minutes and still no pizza. Asked for a refund, when asking for updates he told me just 5 more minutes... who knows how long I would have ended up waiting.
