This store has gone downhill. The manager madison is never at the store as ive heard MULTIPLE employees upset that they need her and shes seemingly no where to be found. And this is EVERY time im there. They never have a manager in the store to handle issues because of this. Do better for your employees. Also has a nasty tone over the phone. Will not recommend because it’s as if the manager does not care for her store, constantly dirty bathroom too. Im staying away from this store from now on.

Called for delivery. The Snootiest tone right from the start. From a female employee named Madison. I’m a regular and all employees that have taken my order have been polite and helpful. Except Madison! Her Impolite tone made me not want to add a tip for the delivery driver. This Pizza Hut location would be better served if it kept Madison in the back away from customers!

Parking: The confusion with the Door Dash delivery turned into a lot of wasted food, time and then the rudeness from the store Associate at Pizza Hut that received a CC payment to her store when the customer changed payment from cash on delivery to using her card for payment. BASICALLY, the order was dispatched to Door Dash and therefore the customer needed to be directed to contact Door Dash to update payment method otherwise, the 40 some odd dollars would have been deducted from my earnings as if I accepted the cash at delivery and would of been screwed out of payment, pizza and my time all because of uninformed employees and possible lack of training opportunities for lack of better saying. Hope these guys get educated about the proper procedures here so no one else faces this kind of loss...just horrible, I had to bring the pizza back to the store since payment was already accepted by Associate. Again, I just hope this seizes for future fellow Dashers. I got you, my peeps ;)
Awesome job guys! It was PACKED in there and they tried their best to get orders out quickly! There was a wait, but I got my food hot AND it was accurate. Cut them some slack, they are people too and they're probably just as overwhelmed as you about wait times and how busy it is. 10/10 recommend and will be coming back! Also, I wanted to give amazing props to Juliet! She took my order over the phone and was really helpful! She was also able to handle a super busy lobby! She was also taking care of checking out customers in the lobby like a boss! She was quick and friendly!

These guys are amazing. Got us our food super fast, gave us a free soda. they are understaffed and need help. Their manager has clocked in 18 hours but hasn’t showed up. Fire this manager instantly, and get them more help
