Called for delivery. The Snootiest tone right from the start. From a female employee named Madison. I’m a regular and all employees that have taken my order have been polite and helpful. Except Madison! Her Impolite tone made me not want to add a tip for the delivery driver. This Pizza Hut location would be better served if it kept Madison in the back away from customers!

Parking: The confusion with the Door Dash delivery turned into a lot of wasted food, time and then the rudeness from the store Associate at Pizza Hut that received a CC payment to her store when the customer changed payment from cash on delivery to using her card for payment. BASICALLY, the order was dispatched to Door Dash and therefore the customer needed to be directed to contact Door Dash to update payment method otherwise, the 40 some odd dollars would have been deducted from my earnings as if I accepted the cash at delivery and would of been screwed out of payment, pizza and my time all because of uninformed employees and possible lack of training opportunities for lack of better saying. Hope these guys get educated about the proper procedures here so no one else faces this kind of loss...just horrible, I had to bring the pizza back to the store since payment was already accepted by Associate. Again, I just hope this seizes for future fellow Dashers. I got you, my peeps ;)
This place sucks in every aspect possible. Aviod this place like the plague if you can.

Awesome job guys! It was PACKED in there and they tried their best to get orders out quickly! There was a wait, but I got my food hot AND it was accurate. Cut them some slack, they are people too and they're probably just as overwhelmed as you about wait times and how busy it is. 10/10 recommend and will be coming back! Also, I wanted to give amazing props to Juliet! She took my order over the phone and was really helpful! She was also able to handle a super busy lobby! She was also taking care of checking out customers in the lobby like a boss! She was quick and friendly!

These guys are amazing. Got us our food super fast, gave us a free soda. they are understaffed and need help. Their manager has clocked in 18 hours but hasn’t showed up. Fire this manager instantly, and get them more help
Pizza is never burnt, sloppy or wrong. I ordered by phone and went to the store to pickup and the pizza hut sign was off, workers inside and door was locked. A staff walked out and must have noticed and unlocked it. I just hope they continue to stay open until 11pm. I get off at 10 some days. Little Ceasars closes at 10! So yes thank you I enjoy it everytime.
Its so hit and miss. You need to post which workers are working when we order. Half the time the food is horrible.. overcooked, burnt, hard. And it always seems to be the same guy that ruins it. But then you get the crew that was working 9/15/23 at 6pm and the food is phenominal.

We ordered a few items for delivery but didn’t receive our cheese sticks. Called and were told they would send them out right away-waited a hour and called back and they hadn’t even made them and had forgotten we called. We asked to be reimbursed for the sticks. Wouldn’t have been such a big deal but it’s why we ordered from there since our daughter loves their cheese sticks.

Thus store is garbage. I ordered for delivery and apparently they deliver via doordash because they have no employees i guess...but when a driver did not pick up my order, instead of calling me, they literally let it sit in the warmer until I called them...an hour and half after I ordered. The best they could offer me was a refund or the option to drive a pick up food that had been sitting in a warmer cabinet that i paid delivery/tip for. Awesome. Will definitely be finding a different pizza chain.

My order was wrong. I ordered cheesy Alfredo and it came with chicken and it was very overcooked the noodles were hard and chewy. My boneless wings were good but cold.
