Placed a online order for wing's, asked for them to be cooked extra crispy, when I got them they were soggy, so I called and they offered to give me a credit and I asked to have them remade but asked to have them cooked for 14 minutes instead of the 7 minutes they normally do. When I got them the delivery driver just knocked and left them by my door and walked off which was unprofessional in my opinion. The wing were also wrong I ordered the Honey BBQ and the extra hot buffalo wings and I got mild and sweet chili. At that point I was fed up so I didn't call back to say anything which is horrible because I love the pizza and wings

Order delivery but never received my order even after waiting for an hour and contacting the store. The staff are very rude especially when you ask for a full refund after not getting the food you ordered!!! Hopefully they actually refunded it and I don’t have to make other calls

I ordered wings 18 piece and a dinner box, now this was during a Interview with the loser pizza hut mgr, so when I got home my pizza was dry, and cold, and my wings were not quite done I asked for ranch x2 never got the ranch and the reason why I got food is because there was a death in the house, and it was easier to get food this way, if that's how food is made at that location? I would be embarrassed to work there, junk food shouldn't really be JUNK FOOD LITERALLY! 1 Star on everything! Update: 02/18/25 my gf ordered LG pepperoni to go absolutely junk and dry! So this is the 2nd time it's failed, time to call the health inspector on this.
