My pizza was undercooked. The crust was doughy and had to be put in the oven to finish. Definitely not the same as what I had bought. It's been awhile since I've had my favorite kind of pizza ( pizza hut)since we live out of town...so I was highly disappointed. However the rest of my big box was great

Previous times i usually had friendly service; however, my recent visit the gal that rang up my order was so unfriendly! Walked in, no greeting, told her I had a personal pizza and my name. She handed it to me, I paid, and I said thank you on my way out but absolutely no communication from her at all. The pizza was hot, but was dripping with sauce when I didn't order extra sauce.

For the last six weeks, I have watched the staff work their butts off while people wait, but not patiently they have been crabby and mean to the staff which breaks my heart. The last two weeks I have gone through the drive-through and A young man named Damarion has been delightful. Bummed the two dollar personal Pan pizza deal is gone.
