The crust tasted like we'd purchased a frozen pizza from a grocery store, the pizza toppings tasted like it had been remaindered from the lunch buffet, and the chicken was overcooked and had no taste. Not sure what is going on here--I used to consider Pizza Ranch a top tier "fast" pizza place. This experience would put them as an overpriced Little Caesar's

The food is decent enough to want to come back, however, there's always any issue. Most of the employees are lifeless, the building has leaks from rain that drops on the tables, and just today there were roaches crawling around the booths. Since I like the food I will be going across town for a different pizza ranch, but this location is disgusting.

Went to the Pizza Ranch on E 10th Str. Food was basically not out & we went on a Sun Nov 17, 2024. Chicken was cold & dried out, mash potatoes were empty & stayed empty for most of our visit. They had some kind of chips instead of potatoe wedges. The pop machine was out of order so you had to go to the back to get pop. Seemed like less food than the one on 41st Str. I paid $108.00 & we were all disappointed to say the least. I will continue to go to the 41st Str one but not the E 10th Str one. I now understand why there wasn't many customers there. Very disappointed.

A gentleman named Tong (Tony, maybe?) took our order and seated us. He did a great job. He was very warm and kind and made my small group very comfortable.
The food was delicious and fresh. It was pretty busy and the staff didn't let that hurt their service at all. They were all very kind and diligent.
The fun zone was a blast and the kids and I managed to scrape up enough tickets for a few little prizes.
It was a good time. Reasonably priced. Good over all.
I'd highly recommend this place for a family outing.
I hope the staff they have now are being paid very well because I know how a restaurant can go from the best joint in town to an absolute dump with a couple staffing changes.

The salad bar was empty, down to even the salad dressings. Waited patiently over five minutes to see if items would be filled. Nothing happened. Watched three employees bring our pizzas and dessert cookies, but never even looked at the salad bar. Mentioned issue to manager. We were informed they were short staffed out front so they were doing their best and she walked away. The store had plenty of man power but chose to not use the resources appropriately. Just because the “schedule” says certain people are posted certain places, as a manger she should be able to adjust and move people around to ensure all areas of service are adequately manned, not just one or two.
They let my kids and I pretty much play without a word to hurry up, bc they were closing!! I personally wanna thank the crew monday this week and the manager. Bc it didn't only mean alot to me but more so my children and I got to have some family fun together and it was so nice not being pushed out the doors. Thanks ment alot to me that you didn't feel the need to push us out and just allowed us to close it down with ya!! It's sure notta big ol tip but known u filled my family's heart with fun is worth so much more.
