All the food was cold unless you watched and got it right when they would bring something out. This was the worse pizza ranch experience ever

To begin on a positive note, i was impressed by the staff they hired to wait tables. They are very friendly and helpful when clearing the tables. They also had the hazelnut coffee that i can't find at many locations anymore. This was a pleasant surprise. With that being said, the pizza crust recipe has changed over the years and is not really as good as it was 20 years ago. The coleslaw recipe also seemed to have changed and was lacking flavor. We ordered the buffet and requested a specialty pizza. While this is a nice feature, I was disappointed that the pizza was missing everything (sauce, cheese and toppings) on a fourth of the pizza. The floor at this particular restaurant was very greasy and slippery. The food overall was as expected, not great but not terrible either. We will probably be back when friends and family are in town again as it is a nice gathering place and kids are entertained.
Our family loves going to the Pizza Ranch on 41st Street! The staff is always so helpful and friendly, making sure we have everything we need. The buffet is always clean, well-stocked, and offers a great variety to satisfy everyone’s tastes. We always feel valued as customers, and the welcoming atmosphere makes it a perfect place for family outings. It’s one of our favorite spots, and we highly recommend it!

Chicken was great but i ordered a pizza at the front desk when we came in and paid and the got some chicken sat down and waited waited waited for over half an hour no pizza then my husband went to check and nothing.. so finally someone came out to check up one the leftover pizza's and my husband asked him and he went looking for my pizza found it in a totally wrong number so it came out cold I was very not impressed
