I’m only giving it a good rating because this location is usually pretty great all around, but this last time I went there was a creep making balloon animals and he kept talking to my girlfriend like a creep and asking where she lived and how old she is. Luckily we were there with friends and my best friend was with her when it happened.
Food was good and clean buffet. Some vulgar music playing in arcade while children were present. Virtual game was not fully operational. The mechanical movement was not working. Also they're supposed to be sanitize wipes for the headsets but there was not available in the box. There also wasn't anyone on attendance in the arcade. After that and the music playing decided to take my granddaughter and leave. I was going to say something up front, but the one guy working was having to take care of four other people. Hopefully this is something that can get resolved soon.

I am always impressed, for as busy as they are, they manage to keep the buffet full of food and variety! They were able to give us a private room for a family reunion.

Took the family out for a grandson’s 12th birthday. My only disappointment was NO MORE PEACH DESSERT PIZZA!😢

Got a delivery. I called and spoke with a young gal and I advised her that I only had big bills. The guy with glasses gets here and automatically tries to tell me that if I need change to let them know before hand and I DID! Before even asking me a question about what happened i was immediately blamed for the fact that he had to give me most of his change and its the chicks fault who answered the phone and took the order NOT my fault! Sounds like pizza ranch delivery driver needs to take accountability for their actions!! and stop blaming the customer for their problems. the bill was 44 bucks. I gave the guy a 100 dollar bill. I only asked for 40 back, I'd say that's a pretty good tip compared to most he gets, but no instead of being appreciative of the tip he proceeds to blame me! So stupid and pointless and really made me mad like ill never pay 50 bucks again for 2 pizzas and horrible customer service, thanks for nothing I won't be back and I've been going here and ordering here for 18 years and never had a problem or left a review until now. Great job!! 50 bucks is a lot of money for 2 pizzas!!!! Pappas Murphy for the win!!

Pizza Ranch always has the best salad bar around. Chicken is great. Pizza, OK. We go for the salad bar mostly.
