Always a great experience here. Some of The friendliest staff , and the best tasting, freshest food in Sioux Falls. There is always a great selection of FRESH food on the buffet, particularly around lunch/supper time when I have visited. Cory was very friendly and helpful and the young man going around bussing/waiting on tables was so sweet and friendly.

Great variety of pizza and deserts available.Parking: There are more stores and eating places than Pizza Ranch so it is sometimes difficult to find parking. Driving around a bit there is always someone leaving so a spot can be found.

I give all the employees five stars. My service from everyone else was fantastic. However the visibly frustrated manager made me soooo uncomfortable. He literally walked through the main dining area SCREAMING about how a teenage boy employee at the front “ was so confused by everything.” If he’s confused go train him? Maybe not during Friday dinner rush? And later saw him yelling at some very young female employees , again, in the middle of the dining hall. To the point where I almost had to stand up and say something bc it was so uncomfortable. Manager is a menace and needs to find new work. There are so many kids around and you’re being loud and frankly, scary. And that’s MANAGEMENT. and I know he’s the manager bc he shook some old ladies hand and said he was the manager while we were waiting in line. Soooo awkward. I feel bad for the employees that they have such an emotionally out of control manager.

Our team rented a party room at this location on a Thursday night. We stayed until closing time. I am grateful that the staff was patient, for we left just two minutes before they closed the restaurant. We had plenty of dishes stacked up in there, too! Everything was clean at this facility, the food was good, and the people were friendly.
