Probably some of the best food I have had in Sioux Falls which seems crazy. I really love the convenience mixed with the fresh ingredients. I don't own a microwave, but I just heat the meals up in a separate pan in the oven and they are great. The price point is extremely fair for the quality and portions. I am really glad I found this place. The girl who helped me and showed me around, explained how their business works and how the macros are all listed was awesome! She was friendly and made me feel welcomed.

We thought we’d give this a try tonight. I chose the Bruschetta Chicken and my husband got the Chicken Burrito bowl. The Bruschetta Chicken dish was very good and I will be eating the rest tomorrow for lunch! However, my husband was not happy with his choice.(btw, this was his idea!) he said the chicken was dry and the Chicken Burrito dish ingredients include jalapeños and the website shows jalapeños in pics and mentions the jalapeños twice but he couldn’t taste or find any. For the price, I don’t think we’ll be back.

I've worked in food service for about 9 years and I have to say this place has me very impressed. The food is good, but that's not the whole picture. The person who I met was very polite and helpful and they really seemed genuine. The interior was impeccably clean and aesthetically pleasing. After you work in the industry for awhile, you develop a keen eye for these sorts of things and I can't emphasize how impressed I am.

I would give this 0 stars if possible. I have a chip in my card and this is the only place I have to swipe it - the insert is blocked by a sticky note/ tape. Today I found a charge for .29 at a Laundromat in SE South Dakota and next a charge for $335 in Saint Paul, MN for spark plugs, intake cleaning and a coolant flush at 2:50 PM processed by a square with the name of Kayla Bednarek. I reported this as fraud and then reviewed any recent transactions. All transactions were inserted for the chip other than this business. I am 99% sure that my card information was stolen and sold by this business. I will never go back to Power Plate Meals. Unbelievable low lives and the food doesn’t even COMPARE to Eat Fit Go.
