Ordered a cheese crusted quesadilla and got a burnt thing with no cheese. There was no cheese on the inside of my damn food. This place is constantly an issue. This is the worse place when it comes to service or the employees doing their basic jobs.

Fantastic experience yesterday, Sunday November 9th in Sioux Falls, SD Louise Ave location. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I had just had Qdoba for the first time in September, at a birthday party that had a buffet of it. How have we been sleeping on this fantastic food! The gentleman who helped us was so great and patient with my elderly Mom and I. It was our first time ordering there so we were really scanning the menu and unsure of a couple of things. He was so kind and the food was outstanding! Now I just need someone to open one up in Yankton, SD!

Ordered food to go. The worst ever! The chicken was burnt so bad it was inedible. It ruined the entire burrito bowl. The service was sub par. The staff could have given a crap about knowing anything about the condiments. It was pathetic. Won’t be back for a long time and it was a waste of $30! So disappointing and frustrating!

Just a fast casual restaurant to get quick food that is setting in their warmers who knows how long. And the food isn't very hot.
