QDOBA Mexican Eats

We ordered Qdoba for a birthday party and they did a great job getting us everything we needed. So many compliments about the flavor and options. Much better then the usual pizza party.

I regularly pick up qdoba catering chips, approximately once a month, and consistently enjoy the quality of both chips and queso. The store located on 41st street in Sioux Falls falls consistently provides excellent service, and exceptional food. On January 9th, 2025, I ordered chips for a super bowl gathering, and I must say, this batch was the best I have ever had. The chips were light, crispy, held their shape perfectly for dipping and were lightly salted to perfection. I am unsure of any specific adjustments made to the recipe, but they were simply irresistible. I also recommended the chips to a friend who purchased them on the same date and she shared the same high praise.This was truly an outstanding experience.And I look forward to returning for more

The workers are always acting like they don’t want to work there. Extremely rude constantly and are greedy with the serving scoops. This is the worst qdoba for customer service.

My wife and I had our wedding catering through this specific Qdoba location and it went incredibly smooth. The managers at this location were very experienced and helped us every step of the way. Our guests were extremely happy with the service and food quality which made it a memorable day for many!

I got a bowl and got a very small portion for the $12 I spent the dining area was a mess and they only had one table with customers they could of had people out cleaning I would hate to see what kitchen area looks like

Came in after a bus load of college kids, the staff was still smiling, still fast as ever, and the food was so amazing. Love the new Birria. And the guac is always flawless

This Qdoba is home.
I travel around a lot and always find myself coming back to center when I stop in for a bowl. Some of my hardest times have been met with strength in great conversations and encouragements by the staff and some of my joyous moments have been celebrated here.

I have gone here for the brunt of my life and I always come back.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this QDOBA location for years, coming multiple times a month, and as someone who is a germaphobe with OCD, this place has always been one of the few I felt comfortable eating at. However, after my experience today, I am completely shocked and disgusted.

First, the portion sizes were ridiculously small. The rice barely covered the bottom of the bowl, and I had to ask for extra rice and chicken—something I was more than happy to pay for. But things only got worse from there. The employee who was helping me started squashing my food down in the bowl. Even with gloves on, this is completely unhygienic and unacceptable. And to make matters worse, I watched her use the same gloves to wipe food off the counter, then proceed to touch my food again to squash the food down. My bowl was exposed to all of that, and it felt like a major health violation.

I ended up throwing the $17 meal in the trash because I couldn’t bring myself to eat it after seeing that. I’ve never had a food service experience like this, and it’s honestly left me in total shock. I’m really disappointed in how this was handled and if I do I will not have that employee make my bowl again. I don’t want anyone getting in trouble and lose their job but I am absolutely disgusted
