Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich which besides the fried coating has barely any seasoning in it. Very bland which is unexpected. Staffs are friendly and environment is chill and clean. Next time probably will order a burger instead.

I went to Red Robin today (12/24/2025) just got off work and needed just a few moments to my self . Sat down and started talking to my server and ordered told her my bithday was on the 20th and just needed a great chicken sandwich and fry ate some and when they came back asked for a container and my bill. They brought container and when I asked for my bill she told me it was already paid for. Talk about being shocked 😲 what a way to spend my day. All I can say is THANK YOU TO WHO EVER DID THAT. Put my food in the container and was leaving and the waitress runs after me and says. The person or people who paid for my lunch want me to have some $$ also. I told her no but instead she said oh no they wanted me to have it. So who ever did such a wonderful thing. MERRY CHRISTMAS 🎅 🎄 I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER THIS ONE. THANKS AGAIN

I ordered food using uber eats , ordered $150.00 with 2 ordered clucks and fries and clucks & Mac n cheese , 3 burgers 2 with fries 1 with Mac n cheese , mud pie and 2 sprites , first of all waited 45 min to get it !! Driver didn’t speak English and kept typing in our u er code wrong !! Finally got our food brought it upstairs … mudpie was melted and the smallest piece I’ve ever got from red robins, all the fries were so cold they were stale , chicken wasn’t fully cooked rubbery and disgusting , Mac n cheese was cold had to microwave it for it even to be edible., burgers were ice cold and mine had so much mayo on it that I took one bite and spit it out , plus asked for ketchup got none and this and it cost me $150.00 and I couldn’t consume any of it but the 2 sprites !!! I tried calling the restaurant to have my call go unanswered , when someone finally picked up they immediately hung up … tried to resolve it with Uber Eats they told me to just leave a bad review in red robins and deal with it !!! Not only will I never order from red robins again. I’ll also never use uber eats ever again. I’m so upset and I’m starving :( and my mud pie was such a small piece for $12.00 :( so disappointing:(

Pretty good but I dont know about charging $.99 for 3 olives. I mean if you have to nit pick 3 olives then why dont uou adjust the amount of beer those 3 large olives took out? If a restraunt has to charge for olives....not a good sign. RIP RR! And with tip, $80 for 3 cheeseburgers; I dont know about that.

I've been here many times. I've come in a group and sat at a table, or sat at the bar. I typically have a better experience at the bar. It was the afternoon, so not very busy. The bartender was very attentive and friendly. He kept busy cleaning and helping others, but checked up frequently, asking if I needed anything or refilling my water. Ordered boneless chicken appetizer. It came out every hot, like it was fresh out of the fryer. My chicken sandwich was very good as well. I would come back and try to come by myself or a smaller group and sit in the bar area if possible.

First bad experience here, go in to eat after shopping around 6:45, not busy at all got sat right away. Waited and waited for someone to even take our drink order, and after multiple employees walked by with out even a hello or acknowledging we were there we decided it wasnt worth it and walked out. Busser had the nerve to tell us have a great night like we got served.

Our burgers, and fries came to us hot and fast. Our waiter was fabulous, and kept our glasses refilled. The manager very welcoming, and took time out of his busy day to chat with us. We were very impressed. We will be back

I've worked in this industry for a majority of my life, therefore I am likely more critical in reviewing my experiences... With that said, I can't remember the last time I have had such an amazing overall experience.. Your restaurant is a must every time I come to sioux falls. You consistently provide the type of dining experience I appreciate. Thank you so much, I recommend you to everyone I know! A++

The food was good but the service was lacking. We were seated at a table with drop leaves that were up and the seam was filled with food residue. Yuck.

We didn't like the food. It was cold and the salad was a Cesar Salad and it was brown leafy. The fish wasn't cooked long enough fries weren't hot . Fish was still slimy a bit. Not good. The staff was friendly and attentive. Plenty of parking. I think this will be my only time to eat at this place. I didn't like it, but that's just me. I like my food hot.
