Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Well are food was awful we got 2 burgers with frys and onion rings, and the burgers were drowning in sauce it was not appealing or appetizing , the onions rings were over cooked , the appetizer of nachos had so much sauce on them it identified as soup , best thing we got was lemonade so that was a plus.

It was busy when we came in but our server really payed attention to our table and they helped us get situated even with an infant.

Mitch was awesome - saved the day with our kiddos. Noticed we were struggling a bit so he brought us fries before the food came. Very kind and accommodating!

I will say, we walked in and I was ready to turn around and go somewhere else in the mall, thankfully Mitch totally made the experience better. When we arrived for dinner (with our young children), it was fairly empty. The host did not say hi, just walked us back. He went to sit us at a round table, and I asked if we could sit in a booth since it would be way easier with our little kids. He didn’t turn around and look at me, but just said “nope, booths are closed for the night”. The table he was sitting us at was literally right next to it. I asked our waiter about it and he said the booths were for the waitress coming in. I was a server for years, so I understood that. However, back when I was a waitress, we always accommodated the guests- especially if it would help their experience. We would have sat the guest down at the booth and just had the new waitress take one of the tables until both guests were done with their meals. Someone ended up being seated in the booth about five minutes later. Our waiter was awesome, but it could have been a much more enjoyable meal if we could have just been seated in the booth.

First time trying red robin and the food is delicious and well priced. Our waitress was helpful and patient with us as it took a while to figure out our order. Would definitely recommend this location.

Our large group enjoyed the food. Our server was wonderful he made sure all our needs were met. Even brought towels from the kitchen hem due to her coming in when it was down pouring.
