The baby back ribs were fall off the bone. Huge selection of beer and alcohol. Wish we had this place where I live

I tried the chicken fried steak but realized that the gravy was spicy and the fried was not crispy - I sent it back and got a brisket sandwich that came out on two pieces of toast. Seven people and I spent 300 dollars. The service was excellent though.

I was there with a large group for a concert nextdoor at the District. I understand the restaurant was busy. We were seated at 6:30, our food was brought out about 8:00. I had ordered a beef brisket as we were ordering from a limited menu. The brisket being brought out to other diners looked lean and wonderful, but what was sat down in front of me was literally the fat trimmings from the brisket! I said "Nope, not happening, I want a lean cut like everyone else". I give the waiter a lot of credit, he looked at my plate and was disgusted too and brought me a nice lean cut, which was very tasty. The cooks should never have tried to pass the fat trimmings off as brisket. The wait staff worked hard, but the kitchen staff thoroughly failed. Not going back. I can make better beef brisket at home and not be served the fat trimmings.

Had a wonderful lunch on two occasions. The French Dip, and Pastrami melt. Giving best dish to the Pastrami melt. The bartender was wonderful with her customer service and was very busy at same time. Really was a great lunch.

I don't know how to describe my experience here except to say that it is in the top 5 of places I have eaten in my life. Amazing food selection, even better taste, nice atmosphere, top notch service, I could go on. I had the pulled pork sliders. The meat melted in my mouth. My wife had the patty melt, also very good. I'll be back every time I go to Sioux Falls.

Place is nice but delicious food is a must. Total disappointment for an out of town experience. I ordered the brisket and before I did, I asked the waitress how the brisket is like, is it dried and she said NO. We went during lunchtime and it was not busy. I had to put alot of BBQ sauce on it in order to swallow the hard meat. The red potatoes were so brown and dried, it was like eating sawdust. My husband's walleye fingers were not seasoned. He had to use alot of sauce too so the food was nothing special. It didn't live up to its name. If we lived there we would not go back.

Jhorm(?) was our server and I'd give him 10 stars if I could. My teenage daughter is very self conscious; she had questions about the menu but was uncomfortable asking them, so he played along like he was answering questions for my husband. She loved it, got her questions answered, and he made all of us laugh with his totally deadpan answers. He was awesome. The food was great, too - my teenage foodie son nearly demolished a whole rack of ribs, and my mother in law would have eaten many more pieces of the meatloaf if given the chance.Highly recommend!Dietary restrictions: My mother in law is diabetic, and controls it with some insulin but mostly eating low carb. They are great about mixing and matching meal elements - my only minor complaint is that they won't let you replace potatoes with veggies, so you end up paying a little more for additional veggies as sides. That being said, at least they have good options that my MIL can actually eat and not end up with sky high blood sugars. So many places now have gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options, but those same places don't always offer items that work on a low carb diet. We will keep coming back because it's delicious and for the great options! Thanks, ROAM!

Smelled fabulous but the brisket was overcooked. Also my daughter's pork was dry. Barbeque sauce saved the day; mashed potatoes were ok, relatively thick, and no sauce?? Cornbread was okay, chipotle butter was meh. We ordered a brownie at the end to split. The brownie was dry and hard to cut! The ice cream was fine, but nothing special. (Culver's is better!) Price was pretty good, considering and it maybe was an off night? The service was great.
