I tried the appetizer and it was good. Their drinks as in alcohol were good and made to liking. Service was good as well. The atmosphere was a lot of talking couldn't hear music and it was not very quiet either for a Sunday evening. But that's OK with me too. Overall good experience.

Not many people there, yet it took a long time to receive food, no complicated dishes either. Food was not very good. Very bland. Would not go back there.

Went in for lunch for my daughter’s birthday. Was seated quickly, then rushed into drinks and ordering food. After being rushed to order it took over 45 minutes for the food to arrive. All for there to be a hair in my food. My meal was taken off the bill and I did not order a replacement, they had to check with the manager to make sure that was ok. Waitress was rude about the hair and then didn’t want to come around to bring our bill both of us adults had to stand up to get her to come over. The Louisiana meal came with two small fish patties and three little shrimp. The Asiago chicken came with one small cookie scoop of mashed potatoes. The side order of fries had 18-20 fries. Super disappointed.

I went to eat there at about ten past 8 pm. I was seated right away. And then I didn't even see a waiter for about 10 minutes. It was pretty slow so I felt like I was being ignored. He asked me what I would like to drink and I told him what I wanted. About 5 more minutes went by and he didn't come by with my drink and I saw him walking up to another table and start to take their order. It seemed like they didn't want my business so I left. I don't know, maybe he thought that since I was by myself he wouldn't get much of a tip. I was really looking forward to the steak and rib dinner, and I was going to get another meal to go. So I would have spent about $50 and left a $10 tip. I guess that if you go there by yourself that they don't want your business.

I’ve always had good food at Ruby Tuesday until 2 days ago. My friend ordered a ribeye steak. It was tough and tasteless and was not a ribeye. It might have been a chuck eye but was not a ribeye. A manager said it was tough because she ordered it medium. That was insulting. When I said it’s not a ribeye she completely ignored it. You really need to serve what is listed on the menu, not a cheaper substitute.

Stopped in for lunch and now it has become my go to, due to lunch specials and there outstanding servers. Thursday special, 8.99 for all you can eat salad bar and smash burger with fries. Outstanding deal but only on Thursdays.

Very poor service for a Sunday afternoon 😞. The smash burger was so salty. It was awful. The fries were warm at best. A lot of employees standing around. Ridiculous. I will never step foot in a Ruby Tueday threevstrikes your out.

We were seated quickly and for a Friday night, the place wasn't packed. That should have been an indicator of what was to come. The server came over right away and got our drink orders, which didn't take too long. We got the salad bar which was just ok. My son and spouse ordered shrimp but it took awhile before they brought them. I got the asiago chicken which was too salty. The server didn't come around to ask how the food was or if anyone needed a drink refill. She didn't offer to take any plates after we were finished. My spouse ordered a drink which she never brought until we were done eating. He told her that the service was not good and she looked a little bit frazzled. We won't visit this establishment again and I recommend you read the reviews before you enter. It looks like we were not the only ones that had such a terrible experience.

Used to love to eat here. Went there June 20 and it was the worst food and service we have ever had. Very disappointed. Probably won't go back especially since I had to drive a hour to get there. So sad.
