Morning crew on 11/13/24 was very pushy, felt like I couldn't get a second to look at the menu. Kept wanting me to pull around to drive thru window because they "couldnt hear my order" when I hadn't said anything about what I was ordering, the employees kept coming over the intercom being very pushy about how quick it was getting done and employee even came out the back door to tell me to pull around when I was still trying to look at menu I won't be back to this location

Just went to get my usual peanut butter power with a shot of espresso and I got milk blender. 🤢🤢🤢 Absolutely disgusting and very disappointing. Usually the girls make it right, every time. Not today. 👎🏼 Got nowhere when I called about it.

I moved to this side of town in April, and started coming almost every day. This has been the only location so far that gets it right every time and they are always so bubbly and fun to talk to. My favorite location!

The service was actually pretty good, but ahead of me was a couple who just kept talking to the cashier. I waited 10 minutes for them to quit talking so I could put in my order. I was late to a meeting that was done a Scooter's. Maybe train help how to stop people from talking so they can help the next person in line.

Ordered a blended autumn caramel crunch, no whip with caramel drizzle lightly on top. They put way to much caramel on the bottom sides and top & when I went to return it to get made less sugary they tried to charge me for a second drink & refused to fix it. I left my drink with them and drove off. I don’t have time to argue over not fixing my drink that I’ll get a refund via scooters customer service.

Love this Scooter's Coffee! The staff is very friendly and if any issues does occur management is great at making it right.The only down fall is being right across the high school, BUT they do a great job trying to keep on top of the store without impacts for others. So kudos to them keeping the store in line.
