A few nights back I came through the drive through here and a very perky gal came over the headset and once I had order a super sweet gentleman took my payment and had a great conversation and gave me my drink with a smile. I want to thank Cassandra and Eric (I think that was their names after i asked the sweet gentleman) for their excellent service. They definitely brought a smile to my face and a fabulous drink for me.

The location was convenient but when I ordered, the gal very impatient! After driving off, I tried the drink and something was very off! It tasted like sour milk so I through it out! My bad, I should have turned around! My wife said the same thing! My recommendation, try it before driving away!

I want to take a moment and thank the staff who were on duty last Thursday. Absolutely amazing people. I came through the drive through and was immediately greeted by a chipper voice. My drink had to be remade...this time the expresso shot wasn't even added.
Came to SD for work and have been trying a new coffee shop every day. This is the first one I decided I'm going to the rest of my trip. S'mores latte was really good and the staff is super friendly. I only went twice and the girl remembered me, my order, my car and that I like a spill straw. Super fast drive-thru on the way to work.

Morning crew on 11/13/24 was very pushy, felt like I couldn't get a second to look at the menu. Kept wanting me to pull around to drive thru window because they "couldnt hear my order" when I hadn't said anything about what I was ordering, the employees kept coming over the intercom being very pushy about how quick it was getting done and employee even came out the back door to tell me to pull around when I was still trying to look at menu I won't be back to this location
