Scooter's Coffee

Service was fast, but I didn’t receive what I ordered whatsoever, I ordered a large iced white rose. I received one that was hot which that’s whatever but to find out that it’s straight black coffee was absolutely disappointing. Will not go back to this location.

There were 3 cars in the drive thru when I got there, but I was through in no time! Fast service and friendly baristas!

Super friendly people working the drive thru. Very convenient location next to other shops. Love the wide drive thru lanes.

What an awful experience today by not just us but several customers. Our blueberry muffin was good and so were the 2 drinks we ordered. The issue is with the service it took us over 30 minutes to get our muffin. There was soo much confusion on orders, drinks sitting on the counter but no one knew what they were or if it was their drink. People were ordering after us and another couple and yhey were getting their orders with food before us. A couple of the employees were so rude and I have a feeling that was how they respond to stress. I won't be back at this locationNow I will applaud the location on 33rd and Minnesota and the Cavalier location off of Marion. Those 2 locations are wonderful and the employees make you feel like top priority. Just watch the video from 10:40 to noon on 11/11. You will see for yourself.

Drink was good, worker just wasn’t very kind. Acted almost annoyed that I was there. Usually not what I experience with other Scooters around town.

Need to check cups before handing them over in drive thru. I just had car detailed now I have coffee all over my car this is the third time this month I’ve been handed a cup knowingly messy. Not offered a napkin or anything. I know they know because they check their hand right after handing it over.

The worst scooters out of them all. Over a year and a half of wrong orders every time I order no matter what I’m ordering. You want a blended? You get iced. You want it hot? You get it blended. It’s just simple things they can’t ever seem to get right. It’s not even a ‘once in a while’ thing it’s an every single day thing. yesterday I ordered 1 drink with no special requests & 1 food item. Both of them came out 100% incorrect. Not the drink I paid for and not the food I requested either. If I could get this specific location Lower than a 1 star I would. Go to Western scooters or Marion.
