I absolutely love the manager lindsey at this location! always welcoming, knows me by my order and name, service is quick and gives it her all! Her assistant manager, I believed her name is Kiya or kaya, is a 80/20 shot and thinks she knows me. who is you again? BUT anyways back to the amazing manager and clean location! 10/10!!

Make sure to double check your drink quantity. I was extremely shortened on coffee and they tried to cover it up with whip filling. The service was great. I just wish I would’ve got what I paid for!

Service was fast, but I didn’t receive what I ordered whatsoever, I ordered a large iced white rose. I received one that was hot which that’s whatever but to find out that it’s straight black coffee was absolutely disappointing. Will not go back to this location.

There were 3 cars in the drive thru when I got there, but I was through in no time! Fast service and friendly baristas!

What an awful experience today by not just us but several customers. Our blueberry muffin was good and so were the 2 drinks we ordered. The issue is with the service it took us over 30 minutes to get our muffin. There was soo much confusion on orders, drinks sitting on the counter but no one knew what they were or if it was their drink. People were ordering after us and another couple and yhey were getting their orders with food before us. A couple of the employees were so rude and I have a feeling that was how they respond to stress. I won't be back at this locationNow I will applaud the location on 33rd and Minnesota and the Cavalier location off of Marion. Those 2 locations are wonderful and the employees make you feel like top priority. Just watch the video from 10:40 to noon on 11/11. You will see for yourself.
