First off let me start by saying that I love Scooters and have never had an issue with them before and I have been to multiple locations. This time though at the 10th street location the service was terrible! I ordered a sparkling float and asked for light ice I always order it this way because otherwise you get to much ice and barely and drink. The girl told me she couldn't make it that way and I asked her why not I always order it that way without issue. She would give me an answer and made the drink with extra ice. I will not be going back to this location ever again.

I went there today and I bought a maple caramellicious and I cinnamon roll Omg I eating on the way back a full stand of hair in my cinnamon roll I go back and there additude was not the nicest they said we can gove u a new one no apologies or anything.

Don't say you're open if you're not. I arrived after 6 am to get a coffee and the open sign was on as well as the menu sign. No one was there. A woman made a mobile order and she was the one who told me no one was inside. I'll stick to my other coffee place since I know they will be there.

Coming to Scooters before work in the morning is one of my favorite ways to start the day. The employees are always very friendly and welcoming. I enjoy our quick little chats while I’m waiting for my coffee. I usually order the same thing every time and its good quality is consistent every time.

Ordered a raspberry infusion with cold foam, called and told them it was not good and that the foam looked rotten, they said it was fine and would not reimburse me at all, will go to Starbucks in the future or Dunn brothers where the cold foam is normal and help customers with reimbursing their drinks when they’re bad.

For the first time in two days at other scooter’s locations this one finally made it correctly! She was all by herself and still managed to be fast, friendly and reliable!
I love this place it’s fire the staff is nice the drinks are big they be packing these smoothies in the cup. And there blenders are fire my coworkers love them thank you scooters staff for making my 6 drinks every weekend ✊?
