I came to the scooters at 7 am sharp today, and was greeted by a lady with short hair! She was very cranky and rude and wouldnāt stop talking about some place in Alaska and her hip surgery and stuff, I did not need to hear about her entire life story and my drink was also made wrong and she REFUSED to remake it or give my money back, only saying you can pay for it again. Unacceptable behavior!!!

The other day- I came to the scooters by Jefferson and was absolutely APPALLED by the way this women acted in a professional environment. Cranky, and quite frankly RUDE. One of their workers was petite and had shorter hair and would not stop talking, Iām not one to talk much in a drive through but I was having a bad morning and in a rush, when the worker at the window would not leave me alone, not only did she mess up my drink she did not apologize and continued to talk my ear off. She wasnāt even the original girl at the window but instead butted her way through and frankly she ruined my morning, this is a 1 star review my food was okay after they fixed my order but I shouldnāt be forced to care about a workers personal stories at 7 in the morning.

Just went to get my usual peanut butter power with a shot of espresso and I got milk blender. š¤¢š¤¢š¤¢ Absolutely disgusting and very disappointing. Usually the girls make it right, every time. Not today. šš¼ Got nowhere when I called about it.

Drinks and coffee are solid when you can get them. The workers are normally very friendly and helpful but until the walk up window situation is resolved, this remains a 1-star experience.
The walk up window is a great idea but has been a terrible experience since the bell hasnāt been replaced. Waiting for over 10mins while no one acknowledges your presence while multiple cars are served is beyond frustrating.
If you have a car, youāre likely to get a pretty standard Scooterās experience, if not, good luck getting noticed at the window!
