Just went to get my usual peanut butter power with a shot of espresso and I got milk blender. 🤢🤢🤢 Absolutely disgusting and very disappointing. Usually the girls make it right, every time. Not today. 👎🏼 Got nowhere when I called about it.

Drinks and coffee are solid when you can get them. The workers are normally very friendly and helpful but until the walk up window situation is resolved, this remains a 1-star experience.
The walk up window is a great idea but has been a terrible experience since the bell hasn’t been replaced. Waiting for over 10mins while no one acknowledges your presence while multiple cars are served is beyond frustrating.
If you have a car, you’re likely to get a pretty standard Scooter’s experience, if not, good luck getting noticed at the window!

Don't use your card. I put no tip and the person handling the card device tipped themselves $9.50
I love going to most scooters but this one consistently has the best tasting drinks, never has burnt espresso, and always uses enough syrup. 10/10

I get a medium hot vanilla latte every morning at the 41st and sycamore location. Always costs $6.13. Went here today and was charged $8.31 for the same thing, and it tasted very bitter. Machine needs to be cleaned out. Won’t come here again with bad coffee for a bad price.
