Severance Brewing Company

I enjoyed Severance Brewing.

We happened to be in town while Severance was launching their Flanel Antlers Maple Pecan brown ale. It's pretty darn tasty.

In addition, I tried their Hipster Adjacent On Nitro - salty caramel with coffee blond ale. It was surprisingly good for a beer of this style. And their Amber ALExander which is a very nice Amber Ale.
They have a variety of beers and I think you'll find something you like, if not several...

We had a great time with the bartender and other staff and they gave us great suggestion on what to visit in the area.

Great patio, and it's pet friendly!!! Sun or shade this patio has it. There are some board games to play if you want. Nice atmosphere with friendly staff.

Severance Brewing Company is an absolute gem in Sioux Falls! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a laid-back, welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about their craft.

The beer selection is fantastic, offering a variety of styles that cater to all tastes. Whether you’re into a hoppy IPA, a smooth stout, or something a bit more adventurous, you’re bound to find something you love. The quality and attention to detail in every pour are evident.

The space itself is modern and inviting, perfect for a relaxed evening with friends or a casual date. They often have great events and food trucks, which is a nice bonus. If you're in Sioux Falls and enjoy craft beer, Severance Brewing is definitely worth a visit!

Such a nice open space. The presentation and knowledge of the servers is awesome. My group of four each got something different. They can pretty much make any beer a shandy, which I loved.

Relaxed, friendly atmosphere with a great beer selection and excellent service. We were able to order pizza from a nearby restaurant and have it delivered to our table.

Since Sioux Falls (sadly) doesn't have a full time comedy club, Severance Brewing Company has stepped up to the plate, bringing in live comedy every so often.

We hosted our Client Appreciation Event at Severance and it was such a fun and welcoming experience for our guests as well as our own Stewart Title Team! Scott, Jess and the entire Severance crew were phenomenal to work with. We planned this event over the course of several months and their promptness and communication were top notch. If you are looking to host a party, I recommend working with Severance Brewing Company for a local, unique, and celebratory experience!
