We visited on a Monday afternoon. The brewery was moderately busy. There was indoor and outdoor seating. We sat at the bar. Service was just ok; the bartender was more worried about his relief being on time than serving the customers. The bartender who showed up right on time was better. I enjoyed Cascade Chronicles: Cascade Cougar and DB Cooper’s Big Jump but the rest of the beer was just ok.
In a world that is overflowing with craft breweries, Severance does a fantastic job holding their own. Great beer, fast and friendly service, clean and modern facility. I made a special trip across town just to go to Severance, and I would gladly do it again.
Been about 6 yrs since I was last here. I have been living out west and super happy to see a West Coast IPA and Cascade hops IPA as well. Both were solid options. Hope to be back here next week.
