Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a frying pan. First time at location, food was not great. Had the Benedict Skillet had absolutely no flavoring whatsoever, the sauce they use was bland.The service was pretty crappy too. The waitress we had was not very intensive, never introduced yourself or checked up on us after initially taking our orders and serving our food and drinks. Speaking of drinks she never once asked if we need it refills.The most excited she was when she brought the check over. Don't recommend this location. The atmosphere wasn't too bad. Was overall clean from what I could see but their service and their food definitely needs some improvement.

I usually only get to-go orders. But, I love the food and you always seem to get a great amount without spending a fortune of money. The prices are great and affordable. The best thing is they are one of the few places that are open for 24 hours.
Great staff that work as a team.Food was hot. Salad bar was GREAT.THE salad bar and hot sandwich option was certainly a deal.Four soup choices on the salad bar all of which were tasty.

On 3/24/24, my daughter and I were in Sioux Falls visiting family for the weekend. We had planned to stay for a little longer but a winter storm was approaching and had to leave earlier in the day, so we decided to grab some breakfast for the road. After putting our order in, we were told it would be about 15/20 minute wait, and that was fine. This place was my father's favorite place to eat out for breakfast. WELL, 30/40 later, our order was up,paid and continued our journey home. It was less than 2 minutes before we started to eat but already on the road. Come to my disappointment, the food was cold, in fact,all of the food was cold as if was sitting for 10/15 minutes before we paid. From the gravy, toast,eggs,hash browns, sausage, bacon and biscuits. After calling the restaurant a few times, I finally got an answer to voice my concerns and asked for manager on duty, the employee stated that the manager was (on the grill) and could not come to the phone and if I could call back in a hour. I certainly can not, and I was put on hold only to be disconnected. By this time We were already in Tea, So we had to warm our $39.00 meal under the heat of the defroster, the majority of the food had to be tossed . Waiting for resolution..
