Food was amazing, but I was looking forward to home made dessert. Unfortunately it was definitely store bought and tasted old.

I ordered a wet pastor burrito & Waited to long for my food just for them to come tell me they were out of pastor. I said asada would be fine, I then waited again for my food WAY TO LONG! I finally went up to see what was going on with my food because everybody who ordered after me were getting there food before me. They then told me they had enough pastor for my burrito and my food was already coming. I then received my food, sat down and ate about 3 bites I opened the rest of my burrito and noticed my burrito was 95% rice and 5% of it was pastor 😡all nothing but fatty meat! I took my order up to get a refund and they tried to claim it was because I had already ate half of it! Straight BS. As I was waiting to get my refund I could hear one of the cooks in the back being completely unprofessional in an attacking manner. Never have I been to a Mexican restaurant that I was not satisfied with until yesterday. SON MAMADAS.

Terrible!!! Waited  45 minutes for a wet burrito, stuffed with 95% rice and about 5% pastor which about 3% of that was all fat, all four of the street tacos were over 50% fatty meat, terrible customer service and terrible food. Definitely do not recommend!

Ordered 2 items waited 35 min asked when it would be done, said soon asked again at 45 min at 55 min had to leave so i asked for my money back and they said no so I left without my food $24 wasted

Simon's Tacos never disappoints! We've been here before, and every visit proves why it’s one of the most authentic Mexican restaurants in Sioux Falls. The portions are generous. One of our absolute favorites is the Birria Burrito—it’s packed with tender, flavorful meat and just the right amount of spice. The dipping broth takes it to another level! If you’re looking for real, delicious Mexican food, Simon’s Tacos is the place to go. Can’t wait for our next visit!

Customer service is terrible. Failed to get my order right. Then me they do not want to remake the order. I specifically told them to put shredded cheese on all of my food because my family does not like queso. Clearly missed the message.
Bad attitude. I am a business owner and I never conduct business without customer satisfaction especially if I made a mistake.
Never coming here again. Bad thing about it the food is pretty decent.
For the second time they have completely failed to get my order prepared in a timely manner and fails to get it correct. They charge a $2 card and expect you to tip them before they even perform the task of disappointing you. After being a loyal customer for two years I will never do business with them again.

Came in shortly after 7, ordered food and after 25 mins it still wasn’t up. 1) there was only one other table occupied in the lobby and they got their food right after we walked in. So they prioritized online or drive thru orders instead. 2) they were BLASTING music like it was a night club. 3) I went up and asked if they would give me my money back if the food wasn’t almost ready. They hadn’t even started making it. So without a hassle they gave the money back.
