They so need a person taking orders that speaks English. I didn't get what I wanted due to me only speaking Spanish. Kind of expensive for a mistake....

We ordered 1 birria chimichanga it came with birria cup. And what tasted like enchilada sauce (which was real good), and 1 red 1 green sauce. Those were also really good. Spicy red, lime flavor with spice for green. The other item we ordered was lengua tacos, meat was so tender and well seasoned.

Simon's Tacos never disappoints! We've been here before, and every visit proves why it’s one of the most authentic Mexican restaurants in Sioux Falls. The portions are generous. One of our absolute favorites is the Birria Burrito—it’s packed with tender, flavorful meat and just the right amount of spice. The dipping broth takes it to another level!
