I stopped in for the first time today to Slim Chickens. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with fries.
The food came out quickly, which was nice however, the fries were mushy and barely warm. The "crispy" chicken was not crispy at all. It wasn't hot and was definitely not freshly cooked, hence the soggyness.
The store was clean, and the person taking my order was friendly.
I ate a few of the fries and a couple of bites of the sandwich and threw the rest away as it just wasn't worth eating.
Based on the quality of the food I received, if I want a chicken sandwich in the future, I will not go to Slim Chickens to get it.

The drive thru female last nite botched my order badly. Smiled when i said i think theres a mistake. She charged me 33 bucks for two meals less than ten apiece. Nothing i could do. She shut the window, talked badly to manager rt in front of me.

I have never seen a Slim Chickens before so I thought it would be worth a try. The drive thru runs very efficiently, the food isnt cooked to order based off the speed and temperature of the food. The fries were just fries and the chicken tenders were nothing special. Maybe I should have ordered a sandwich instead. Overall it was underwhelming for the price, I think Chik fil a, Cane's, Bo Jangles or Popeyes would be a better option, in my opinion.

Almost never get our order correct. Always get charged for 3 sauces like we order, and end up recieving 2 that are usually the wrong sauces. I always order the chicken to be tossed in the cajun dry rub, and it doesn't get added on. Nice workers, but maybe the system they use is not working. Idk, I think our order has been correct twice in the many times we have been there.
