I used the drive thru, first time eating here and the food was ok, my chicken sandwich and fries were cold and I received a sweet tea .. yuck when I asked for unsweet, this wasn't even during a lunch rush, no line in the drive thru and my food was still cold and given the wrong drink...

My boyfriend and I have never been to Sioux Falls much and we were told how amazing this place was to eat. The food did not disappoint! HOWEVER, the service did! We were not greeted as we came up to the front desk. Then, the register worker just stared at us without asking what we would like. My boyfriend told him we have never been here before and we might need a second. The worker then just turned around and started doing other things and seemed to be annoyed. We then ordered and after we were done the worker just stared at us and didn’t say a word. My boyfriend said “oh that is all we need” and instead of telling us our total or any words at all, this worker just nodded his head to the tablet to swipe our card. I think in total the young man said 2 words to us in total and it honestly ruined the excitement of the whole experience for us. When we tried to find a table to sit at all the tables were sticky and dirty and when asked if our table could be cleaned, we were told there were paper towels we could use to wipe it down. That did not take care of the stickiness. It’s was just a sad and disappointing experience. Such a shame.

Speaker on drive thru wasn't working properly. Guy taking my order seemed irritated and impatient.Didn't know they offered so many sauces. Wasn't listed on menu. Definitely need to look at menu on website before going and know what you're going to order. ( See impatient comment)Soda has too much ice. Cup was almost all ice.Dietary restrictions: My wife has Celiacs and has to eat gluten free. Grilled tenders are perfect.

We stopped in for a quick lunch. After placing our order and finding a table our sandwiches were brought out hot and fresh. We also tried the fried okra and mushrooms, everything was delicious.
Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru for them to get my order wrong terrible service!

Drive thru line was way too slow and we didn't move an inch in 10 minutes. So we went inside to order and ordered promptly. The wait was reasonable inside for a take out order. Chicken sandwich and tenders were tasty and warm. Will be back but I'm reluctant to use drive thru.
