First time we went to this location our fries were cold and soggy and when we went to tell the girl at the counter she just said “So do you want new ones or what?” The manager was really kind atleast and brought out fresh ones for us. We decided to give this location a second chance a few months later and again it was a disappointing experience. Our tenders were luke warm and our fries were old and soggy AGAIN.

They were super busy, so it took at least 20 mins to get our food. Fried pickles were super salty, and chicken stripes tasted like they were cooked in burnt oil! Strawberry shake was great!!

Just Woowww, Raising Cane's ain't got nothing against this chicken‼️‼️???
Friday night family night was a disaster. Our food was never brought to us . The girl that took our order brought out the wrong food for another table . Apologize to us and proceeds to take the food to the correct table after she placed it on our table . When we asked about our food they blamed the delay on the fryers ... I get that the order may have been messed up but if the fryers are down why are multiple tables around us receiving their food and we are the only table not receiving our food ? We waited a solid 30 minutes for the wrong food. After waiting that amount of time we just requested a refund. Didn't make any sense to wait another 30 minutes and be lied to again. Seriously doubt we will be returning to that location. Not putting slims out there as a whole but you guys have some cleaning up to do over in Louise. Not happy at all!
If you've ever had Cane's chicken and thought that was good wait til you try Slim Chickens, blows every other chicken focused chain completely out of the water. It was so good the first time I ate here I went back for more later than night. 10/10. Would recommend. Will be returning regularly.

First timers, September 22,2024. Woman taking order seemed impatient with our questions, she didn't turn of her microphone and said sarcastically, oh my gosh. So I asked her if she really wanted our order, she said she was sorry took our order then at the window it wasn't complete so we left. In short poor and rude service.
