We had a lunch for a training event fall through at another chicken place, we went to this location & the “team” came together & got our big order ready & done in time for us to make the training! They even gave us a drink while we waited. Really like how the manger, at least assuming the manger, rallied the team!

Ordered a Chicken Salad did not put the dressing on the salad or have it on the side. This is not the first time this has happened with sauce not being placed in the bag. Read the ticket and do a better job of making sure everything is in the bag before you give it to a customer.

The place was very nice, before you enter when you get to the door, it almost takes 2 ppl to open the door going in an out.. they have gravy on the menu but no mash... I only went because my son like it.. I wouldn't go by myself. I actually won't make a trip there..

I usually always have a great time and food when I visit but this last visit on 1/3 around 8 pm was not as great. I was missing a fry and sauce and my fried pickles I had to wait for came out covered in grease. I work in food service so I know how it can be but I’m still disappointed I also never got my recipe to verify they rang in the extra fry and can’t get my points :/
Hopefully next time the food tastes better and Sprite selection isn't carbonated soda.

This Slims is my favorite place to eat by far. Never had a bad meal from here it's always hot and fresh enough the fries are still warm when I get home and we all know that's rarely ever happens. I would recommend to everyone.

Slim's salad is loaded with chicken and all kinds of vegetables plus a great variety of greens. Topped with croutons and fried onion rings. Yummy! The chicken strips are the best in Sioux Falls in my opinion and the fries are crisp, fresh and actually taste like a potato instead of oil. My favorite fast food chicken place!

Worked for the general mananger Cady C personally and the way she handled me asking her why my schedule was cut from 30 hours to 10 hours and how I'm supposed to pay bills. (Yes I was hired as part time but she had disclosed she would work with me if I had gotten another job). She replied with in a manner of disrespect mind you, "well you have another job right" I told her yes but I want to stay with you guys or something along those lines . I just felt put down and very disrespected by her personally. Good food still would eat here.

Great place to eat, just not a great place to work, not at this site anyway. The manager has favorites and is prejudice. Besides needing a different manager who makes things fair, it’s an alright place. Try getting a different manager and maybe you won’t lose so many good workers.
