Second time trying to come here. Both times left without anything. There were about 7 workers standing inside making themselves drinks. The app would not work to order. We then tried to order at the carhop where we sat for over 10 minutes and pressed the button around 15 times where yet again no one answered. There was no one else waiting for their drinks or food either. We then tried the drive through where yet again no one answered. It is ridiculous and should not be that hard to get ice cream. The workers looked at us multiple times and chose to not answer. I would absolutely not waste your time coming here.

Waited today for 30 minutes after placing our order. Drive through cars all went through and others arriving after us received their order before us. I had to go in to see why it was taking so long. Food was burnt and cold, shakes weren’t mixed thoroughly. First and last time going here.

Chili dog and tater tots. Tasted like it had been cooked hours before and just sitting under a heat lamp drying out. Took longer than the usual long to get the food. Unfortunately, parked on the west side and the smell of garbage became so strong we had to leave before eating all the food.

Horribly long wait in drive thru. 30 minutes in mid afternoon. Also Out of lemonade? Odd ..Not good. Plus side..fries are delicious and grape slush hit the spot!
Complete trash, never did get to order after 30 min. The people next to us had to go get there own cold and melted food after 50min. Close it or fix it. Not even busy. 3 cars in the drive thru, 4 in the stalls.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We ubmitted an order online for 2 drinks and a shake, pulled in a stall and checked in. After waiting for 15 minutes were told the stalls were closed and we had to get into the drive thru. We were in the drive thru for over an hour. When we finally got to the window they couldn't find our order. Once they finally located it, we were handed a completely melted milkshake and our other drinks were watered down and not correct. Absolutely no reason to wait for almost an hour and half for just 3 drinks, and have them not even be fresh or correct. To top it off the employee was rude and just seemed annoyed with us. We didn't even get an apology for the wait.

Sonic consistently messes up my orders. They miss items and seems to always give me the wrong item. It’s (I kid you not) a 50/50 chance to get the correct order when you order from them based on my past orders. Would not recommend.
