Very poor customer experience this morning. Over run by staff. Made to feel very unconformably. Believing that location has staff behavioral issues.

The woman at the window was very friendly, but there was another person, who I believe was on the intercom taking drive-through orders, standing behind her. The gal at the window asked this person if I could switch one of the items in my order—from a snowman cake pop to a snowman cookie—since I hadn’t understood what my daughter wanted at first. The person seemed annoyed, nodded her head, and then glared at me. She appeared very irritated, which made me feel uncomfortable. I used to enjoy coming here, but this is the second uncomfortable encounter I’ve had this month.

This is a busy store. The parking lot is miserable. The drive-through cuts through the parking lot, making getting in and out of the store very difficult. This isn't really built for meeting someone for a cup of coffee. It's a machine for getting people in and out. Behind the counter was so busy I wasn't certain they still used the till to order. It looked like everyone ordered on the app. They didn't give you an order number, just a bunch of orange taped likes on the counter where they set food, with no apparent reason for the different places they put the food and little to no explanation of what was put out or who it was for. Just food and drinks hitting the counter with no more care than throwing a frozen hamburger patty on the grill. There's not really any atmosphere, the store is small, really crowded, and difficult to drop by and get something. I would choose to go elsewhere just to feel more human. Nothing went wrong. The food is fine. The workers were polite. The store is clean. But it's about as comfortable as a 2am Black Friday stampede at Wal-Mart. The only exception is actually the customers. A man with arms full, looked like an app delivery driver, kindly held the door and greeted everyone despite being heavily laden. The customers inside were patient and nice. Even though everything went fine, it was hard to enjoy the experience. But I don't believe you can solve your parking lot at that location.

Extremely judgmental. Not even sure what I did, but they glared at me at the drive-thru window. When I looked at my food, it was completely smashed into a ball.
Call to try to report the issue, And they wanted me to return to have the food remade after making me feel so uncomfortable. No thank you. If you are not a straight white man, don't come here. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR DAY.

6:30 am, I mobile order a sandwich and a coffee to be picked up on my way to work. It’s 6:39 and im now standing here waiting for someone to make my sandwich that they didn’t have ready. It’s now 6:43 and I will officially be late to work. I wanted to walk in and walk out at 6:39. It’s literally the reason I put in a mobile order nine minutes early. The only reason that I’m even leaving a review right now is because this is the fifth time in the last two weeks that this has happened So if you’re looking to pick up your sandwich with your coffee in the morning, be prepared to wait. They take care of the drive-through first, even though I ordered before all of them.

Normally I have a 5 start experience here. Very much want to point out that normally it's 5 stars in every area.
However tonight I ordered a peppermint mocha and a chocolate crossant. I arrived late to pick up my order and it still wasn't ready, for referance there was one person in the drive through at the time of arrival and noone else inside. While waiting for my order staff was complaining about how they weren't allowed to have their phones on them at all even though they have a life outside of work. I recieved my drink and asked about the rest of my order. The staff then said they would get working on that as well. I thought we were done after that and chalked it up to a bad day because everyone has them. After getting to work I noticed my drink was very mild and tasted like a peppermint hot chocolate. There is no espresso in my drink whatsoever it doesn't have any coffee. Very disappointed in my order tonight because I really needed the caffeine before my shift and spend alot of money on their coffee just to recieve sugared milk. Very disappointed.

Small town coffee shop feel from a chain coffee store is very hard to find and the staff is always incredibly kind patient and helpful.My coffee and teas are always made to my liking and I like how homie it feels
