After receiving some awful news today, I had to get on the road for a very long drive so completely unprepared, I decided to stop and get a coffee on my way out of town. As I sat sobbing in the drive thru, these girls delivered my coffee with a chocolate croissant and a note that said "I hope you feel better💓" Thank you ladies! I cried harder. but it made me feel better! you deserve the 🌎. Thank you!

Ordered an iced tea with a splash of lemonade. They charge 60 cents for a splash that you can’t really taste. They also water the tea down so bad that you don’t taste tea, you get flavored water. Won’t get my drink here again.

They are quick and friendly! The barista who took my order on 11/28 at 7:05 am. was very friendly and went above and beyond to make my order when they were out of my usual. They even said if I didn't like it, they would remake it.
The worst Starbucks in SF. I’ve been here a few times and every time I come back thinking it could be better it’s worse. My coffee always tastes watered down. And the people working are always rude.

Good thing I didn't succumb to the pre-service tip, because I got a coffee-free, half-filled cappuccino and a filmy, fruity, medicine ball tea. I thought I was trippin, took off the lid and my cappuccino was half foam. New Special : 1.5 drinks for the price of 2!

I've been a long time starbies fan! I love going into store fronts to study, do homework, meet a friend to catch, or just enjoy my coffee. The store is in a great location, that's why it's probably always so busy. I wasn't impressed when I stopped in last night to do some work on my computer and the tables and seats were all dirty, the only outlets are in the bench seating area, none by the big long table, and the flies were disgusting!
