Been coming to this location for a few years now, never a poor experience. Most notably today, ordered 14 drinks for my team of physicians and Nurses, and within 15 minutes all drinks were out and prepared when I walked in. Wonderful service, great team.

If you want a free drink, this is the place to go!
This place is one of my most disliked Starbucks I've been to. About 70% of the drinks I've ordered on the app is either made wrong or has a very bad taste. It's gotten to the point that I've been able to distinguish by weight if it would taste good or not. I've racked up a ton of free drinks through them because a Cremé drink would have coffee in it (my wife can't have caffeine).
I can't recommend this location unless if you're fine with inaccurate orders and free drinks as a result.

Took my good friend to my favorite starbucks. Got coffee spilled on me. Then we had coffee in mugs so we could stay. They have signs that say enjoy a refill.. we asked nicely and the girl said. No.whats really bad it ruined the experience. After I had told my friend it was my favorite place for coffee..that is not very good customer service for any one as well as a regular customer

We ordered two separate mobile orders, both the same thing. While they were making our drinks, we were sitting in the lobby preparing to spend time on homework while having our drinks. However, all we could hear was them blatantly making fun of our drinks and laughing whilst openly complaining about our orders. Of course, we decided to take our business elsewhere. We told them we could hear them the whole time, and again, they laughed and proceeded to tell us to not come back. I will not be ordering from this location again.

I come here at least once a week, usually more, and I don’t think I could ever name a good experience. Workers are rude and I always get my drink made wrong. I try not to complain or ask for it to be remade because as someone who works with food I understand how annoying it can be. However, as a paying and tipping customer, I think that my drink should be made right. I always come inside and I have seen workers make my drink with water instead of lemonade and gotten attitude when I said something. My drinks are not complicated, because of that I know how they are supposed to taste and I know when my drink is made wrong.

If someone is paying $9-10 for a Frappuccino with extra mocha or caramel, then there ACTUALLY needs to actually be extra mocha or caramel & not JUST all on the top of the drink. Sometimes it’s all on the sides & top like it should be, other times it’s just plopped all over the top, but then it clumps up & gets stuck to the lid. I’m not going to sit there like an animal licking off extra sauce/drizzle because I paid for it. I started going to this location vs. the one closer to my work because it was usually make the right way, but not lately. Then to want a tip after that is just craziness.

Took 10 minutes to get a black coffee and still got the wrong roast. Just make coffee at home for 1/4th the price and time.
I was heading to get Starbucks one Saturday morning and I was already in a bad mood. But when I got there, the workers were so sweet and made my day 100% better. Thank you Morgan, Shelby and Elise!

The last three times I’ve been here my venti drink has been more than an inch from the top and that’s with the whip. I’m not paying the 800% cost to only get Grande inside of a Venti cup. I don’t know if it’s this location or if this is a new franchise tactic.
