I come here at least once a week, usually more, and I don’t think I could ever name a good experience. Workers are rude and I always get my drink made wrong. I try not to complain or ask for it to be remade because as someone who works with food I understand how annoying it can be. However, as a paying and tipping customer, I think that my drink should be made right. I always come inside and I have seen workers make my drink with water instead of lemonade and gotten attitude when I said something. My drinks are not complicated, because of that I know how they are supposed to taste and I know when my drink is made wrong.

If someone is paying $9-10 for a Frappuccino with extra mocha or caramel, then there ACTUALLY needs to actually be extra mocha or caramel & not JUST all on the top of the drink. Sometimes it’s all on the sides & top like it should be, other times it’s just plopped all over the top, but then it clumps up & gets stuck to the lid. I’m not going to sit there like an animal licking off extra sauce/drizzle because I paid for it. I started going to this location vs. the one closer to my work because it was usually make the right way, but not lately. Then to want a tip after that is just craziness.

Took 10 minutes to get a black coffee and still got the wrong roast. Just make coffee at home for 1/4th the price and time.

The last three times I’ve been here my venti drink has been more than an inch from the top and that’s with the whip. I’m not paying the 800% cost to only get Grande inside of a Venti cup. I don’t know if it’s this location or if this is a new franchise tactic.

Standards are not being followed and the management is aware they just don’t do anything about it, telling customers if a drink wasn’t made right they won’t remake it or make it right by the customer. Not coming to this store anymore
