This place sucks possibly the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. The employees here are absolutely rude and don’t want to work clearly.

They say they don't close until 9pm, but just stopped and they were closed
It’s a bummer when it says they are open until 9 and you go at 8:15. The workers are still in there, I sat in the drive thru for about 5 minutes. No one said anything. Then drive ahead finally drive to the front and the employee just shook her head no at me when I tried to open the door,
Customer service at this location continues to be disappointing. Amber was our order taker today. We had a mobile order scheduled to be ready at 8:20am and arrived at the screen at 8:18am. She informed us that their system “takes seven minutes to make a coffee” and that we should plan to come later when placing mobile orders. Our order was placed at 8:13am — so I’m not sure what difference it would have made if we’d simply driven up and ordered at the window instead of using mobile order as intended.
She also mentioned it was a “very busy day,” although there were only two cars in line. We didn’t receive our order until 8:24am. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this Starbucks location. After we asked for her name, her tone suddenly shifted and became more apologetic, which made it clear she realized what she had said wasn’t appropriate.
It’s frustrating that half the Starbucks locations in Sioux Falls have closed, yet the one with the poorest service remains open. The baristas at this store seem to lack customer service training, and the drinks are inconsistent. This location truly needs stronger management and better standards. As someone who oversees multiple sites myself, I would never treat customers the way this store consistently does.

I’m unsure what it is but I go here about 5 times a week and the service is pretty bad everyone seems agitated…. Considering just starting going somewhere else

Customer service inconsistent— cashiers are really great or really under par. 1/10 visits will they have the order correct with good service. Waited in line for 10 minutes due to getting my entire order wrong for them to remake it incorrect — again. I avoid going here if I can.

I wish I could give you another 5 stars. Thank you for fixing my drink that was botched from the marion location today! It was perfect. Your standards and professionalism never disappoint. Have the best day!

We came in with a messed up order from the Marion location where we had to go back everyday to get our order fixed. Today we drove to this location because we were tired of dealing with the incompetence and attitude at the Marion store when they have to remake our drinks correctly, and it was a completely different experience! Caleb and the other people working were delightful and fixed the other stores drink without question. The people were cheerful and the drink was amazing! We appreciate you so much. We will drive out of our way to continue to come to the 41st and Ellis Starbucks.

I just think it's rude that they don't want Dashers to use their restroom while order is delayed in being prepared. Aren't we customers 3rd party customers. And they get extremely mad if u use them. So rude

I wasn’t particularly impressed by my coffee, the service was good and the drive through went very fast but the coffee tasted a little burnt and the milk lacked a crème

Id normally give it 5 because i love coffee but when i orderes my caramel ribbon crunch frappucinos recently it tasted bland and nearly spoiled upgraded way to make it or somethung i like to know why.
When you pay $8 for a coffee, you'd expect it to be great quality. I ordered a large iced coffee with white mocha and hazelnut. There was too much hazelnut syrup and I couldn't even force myself to drink it, what a waste..
