First time going to a Starbucks, I won a couple gift cards from my employer at Christmas and decided to finally use them. Ordered on the app. I wanted to try one of their new Matcha tea drinks that I saw in one of their ads. Tea is pretty much all I drink, especially matcha in the last year. Unfortunately they were sold out of the two new Matcha drinks at the time.
A bit frustrating since you think they would have enough supplies on hand to meet demand with a large advertising push for these drinks.
The drive thru might have been one of the top 5 slowest drive thrus that I've ever been in. >20 minutes for 5-6 cars.
My regular matcha latte was eh. Wasn't mixed well and had a lot of clumped Matcha on the sides of the cup. Flavor seemed cheap or almost like fake matcha. Only can compare it to Caribou and Caribou was nearly identical in flavor and smoothness as making it at home. Maybe I just had a rare bad matcha or an employee newer to making them. Who knows.

My coffee drink is always great and baristas are friendly. Service is incredibly slow. The drive through has repeatedly been excessively slow in moving customers through the line. Close to a thirty minute wait. Time is money!

I went to the drive through at 11:23 and got my drink 8 minutes later already melted with whip on it when I asked for no whip. Normally I wouldn’t have complained and just asked them to remake it but they just scrapped the whip off and gave me the already melted drink back. I got another drink that was supposed to be hot and it was but it didn’t taste like anything other than black coffee. They were both supposed to be peppermint mochas one hot one frap.

I just met someone in the parking lot but Google maps is now obsessed about me leaving a review. I’m sure everything is peachy in this Starbucks. I just can’t stand the thought of paying 5-6 bucks for something that I can make better at my house.

Right when we walked in the ladies greeted me and my sister but the lady Tracy who took our order had very poor customer service I would hate to come here again and get treated so poorly! From throwing my change on to the counter to Sighing and just the sight of her not enjoying her job you could tell she made her coworkers feel uncomfortable! Remember her name!!

I ordered three matcha cream frps but when my order came out I received three vanilla bean creams instead. I did receive matcha after the incident but it did not taste like how it was supposed to be made and taste vanilla but looks li matcha and I know she just add the matcha back in the vanilla cream frps because I am a big macha drinker,I know how matcha taste So i sat the drink on my table and after awhile the drink melted and you can see clearly there is vanilla beans in there.All I want to say is why not make another matcha cream frps instead of adding the matcha in the vanilla drink

I ordered a Caramel ribbon crunch frapp with no crunch and an insane amount of caramel and iced white mocha with cold foam and just got mocha. Cold foam $1.25. I ordered ahead and the girl was rude said I guess you have an order. It was not busy at all for her to have such a nasty attitude.
