This place has been pretty good to me till this morning,.. my iced mocha was no good tasted liked old milk & my croissants were not warmed & rock hard .... kinda disappointed. I been coming here the last week since I just moved to town & haven't got water & coffee set up in my own place yet was really counting on starbucks to help a girl out .....?

The location is brand new which is really nice, however the service is not. The red hair guy taking our order was very nice but messed up with actual order, both drinks. A bigger white girl who was making them wasn’t happy to hear concern and didn’t want to fix one of them (not even remake) but then she grabbed it rudely spilling it all over and fixed somehow. We didn’t even want to deal with it for another drink which was hot instead of iced?. Bad, really bad.

Stopped in to this new Starbucks as it was closest to our hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice .There is a nice seating area outside and nice seating areas.

Overall most Starbucks are a great atmosphere and the drinks are good. But can y’all just make the caramel drizzle n toppings free at this point? Every Starbucks in Sioux Falls forgets my toppings nearly every single time n I’m over having to walk back in to have someone fix it. Sounds small but I do pay for it and it’s something I look forward to when I order the drink that I do.

Always friendly and quick service! I have enjoyed stopping here after long walks with my dog to get a pup cup and they had a doggy water bowl outside today. Thank you to the lovely lady who refilled it with ICE and water following our arrival. Extremely generous and thoughtful! Thank you!
