Awful. I spent 10 minutes waiting for my drink. I ordered it and arrived between the time it said to arrive. I finally approached the counter and stood there for another 5 minutes trying to get an employees attention. All because my drink was sitting behind the counter. By the time I got it, my frap was already melting.

Always the best at making drinks i commonly have drinks made not the best at other locations but this one always makes the best drinks, never have i had a bad drink from this location i wish i lived closer to it!

Experience was off putting. Walked in and up to the register and the 4 young ladies behind the counter just eyeballed each other until a young man took my order, quite reluctantly, which also prompted a good laugh from all the girls. Whilst taking my order one of the young ladies had to help and direct him on how to enter it on the POS system( why not just take my order in the first place). Pretty stuck up imo

The baristas were very welcoming and the entire process from ordering two drinks and a food item did not take much time. Loved the nice touch the barista put with “Thank you” on the coffee cup. This was the same Starbucks that stayed open during the Covid pandemic, and I am incredibly grateful to them for that!

All the sudden you have to spend a certain dollar amount for a pup cup. Never liked Starbucks that much anyways. Scooters gives out free pup cups!!
08/12 10:40am I come here often in the morning. There has only been one time the drive through person was nice and it was NOT TODAY. The dude just handed me the card machine and said “that’s on you”. Nothing else just that. Then hand me our drinks with his dry personality in dead silence. I only come here due to proximity. The day before yesterday the drive through guy was great!!! Best experience ever at this Starbucks but I guess it was short lived. Something to consider, if you’re not a people person don’t work in a customer service position. Also, after a year over tipping these people I’m done with that too. I’m tired of tipping for attitude.
