This is my favorite Starbucks in all of Sioux Falls. Staff here are always so friendly! I also have never had an incorrect order from this restaurant. This will always be the Starbucks. I stop at on my way to work.

I grab coffee from these good folks daily. I'm always greeted with a smile and consistently good coffee. I've had something wrong with my drink 2 times in the last 3 years and they are always quick to fix the issue. Can't praise the team there enough.

My experiences with Starbucks are continually getting worse. The amount of time I've had to wait in the last three visits to three different Starbucks has been crazy! I know they're popular and their drinks aren't easy to make, but when I'm waiting nearly 15-20 minutes for a drink, I'm thinking about looking elsewhere. Their only saving grace for me is that their pumpkin cream cold brew is one of a kind! As long as they have it, I'll keep coming. During the off season (non pumpkin season), I stay far away from this place and enjoy more local coffee spots. #pumpkin4life

I am a cappuccino lover but I really didn’t want to experience it in here because I heard that they’re not making it really good but anyways I tried to experience it and I asked for a small cappuccino and I paid literally $10 and it was my worst experience.

The wait time in drive through was VERY slow compared to other stores HOWEVER the gentleman at the window was doing a very good job. He was super friendly and was definitely trying his best to do his job in an obviously understaffed store. And I suspect he was a fairly new employee. I believe his name is Gavin. Please give him some praise and encourage him to keep up the good work.

Up for some hockey from Omaha and I have to say that although it was a short interaction this is the most friendly Drive through experience I have ever had. I could tell through the intercom that the person was smiling and and when I pulled to the window they ALL were smiling.

I've been to many Starbucks locations, all across America and beyond, but this one has the slowest service time of any I've visited, including larger volume stores in larger cities. Additionally, the drinks they serve rarely taste like the same drinks served by other Starbucks locations in Sioux Falls. Move on to the next Starbucks a few blocks away.
