So I'm not trying to be mean but old people working at Starbucks either they don't care or they are not well trained this is my second time having a nasty drink with the same lady is so upsetting because sometimes you are in a rush or just having a bad day and u expect a nice cold drink but instead you get a nasty ... drink I even told them this is not the drink the other staff made me and they replying yes that's the drink I got upset I just got the drink and left but is so disappointed ? I hope they do something about it!

There's one Caucasion young lady who needs training on customer service. I walked up to counter and said, "Hello". She ignored me and said nothing. I said hello again, and once once more she was silent. I gave her my order and left her no tip. You get what you earn!
