Both locations are great! Snow cones, ice cream, ice cream cake all amazing! Better than chain restaurants! Their ice cream cake is so good and unique! They are so much better than Dairy Queens cakes; more topping, crust and flavor. WELL worth the money!
Besides having to buy a bottle water and not just get a cup of water, everything was ok. Prices are fair, service was good.

Our family always LOVES going to Polar Bites! There’s so many great options to try & they’re always accommodating with any allergies (like dairy free/gluten free). The addition of soup & paninis to the downtown location are a great lunch option as well!

Polar bites has so many options to choose from! Even lots of options for gluten free and dairy free dietary restrictions. We love trying all the different flavors of the rolled ice cream as well as the signature shaved ice flavors. Staff are always friendly and helpful, especially with food allergies which is greatly appreciated!
