Shout-out to Subway on Sycamore for serving me spoiling ham. Sucks because they are right next to my work, but they won't be getting my $8 anymore for a simple ham sandwich. Never had an issue until this despicable ham revealed itself on my sandwich. Do better subway.

The middle-aged woman (shift lead, possible mgr) was downright ugly (rude, nasty, etc.). There was a much older lady working with her who was pleasant but the other woman was very snappy and finally just huffed around her to continue working on the sole customer in line behind me's order. Thankful to have other nearby Subway options as I will not be utilizing that one again.

Ordered "The Monster" sub for delivery from the Sycamore location. Bread was not toasted as requested and there was no bacon on the sub. The food was delicious but not it was not made to order. Picture included for reference.

The food was great. But the staff however were some of the most well mannered and personable two young guys I've encountered in all my years going to subway. Very knowledgeable and helpful with the new menu items and offering great recommendations. Both of them were very attentive and went out of their way to make sure I got my order correct, and built to my liking. Haven't ever had a better experience at a subway- store was clean, and well kept. Food was fresh, hot, and looked as good as it tasted. But the service was everything! It makes me happy when I see the younger generation doing their job well, and actually putting effort into making it a good experience! I was in on Sunday night, an hour before close!

Ordered the #2 Outlaw, and it was pretty good. My order was initially charged for a 12" instead of 6" sub, but the cashier was happy to reimburse me the extra payment. The staff are good, food is good, music is good. Happy to come here!

I've enjoyed Subway Sandwiches since I lived in Columbus, NE. I brought my love of the sandwich to Sioux Falls when I retired. My sandwich favorites moved from Meatball to Veggie to Chicken Teriyaki. I have enjoyed all the condiments and sauces. Recently Subway removed the Sweet Onion sauce from the Teriyaki Chicken... no longer being the the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki. Since the sandwich was delivered to our home ...I was very mad that Subway no longer offered the Sweet Onion sauce. I found this out because I had called Subway and was told the sauce had been removed and replaced with a brown sauce they now used. I told them that The sweet onion was still on the menu and this brown sauce wasn't going to cut it for my sandwich. Long story short I can no longer order my favorite sandwich because they replaced it with this brown awful tasting sauce that they now call their sweet onion teriyaki sauce. It doesn't taste anything like the sweet onion sauce . I am very very disappointed because at times I ordered a different sandwich just to change it up ...but I always used the sweet onion for my sandwich sauce. So goodbye to my favorite sandwich shop. Why would this franchise remove such a wonderful sauce?

Ordered online and they messed up my order by not adding any sauces ( mayo, mustard, etc..) But they were very kind and the sandwich wasn't bad, but wouldve been better with my sauces
