Where the heck is my order? Placed an order at 6:40 pm in the app for 7:05 pm pick-up. I go there at 7:05 and there is no trace of my order. I show him the order details in the app. He restarts his POS, still no sign. He said they've been having online order issues the whole week but oh no worries they'll refund it back to your card. Yeah great! Went to JJ and got some subs. Subway ordering system sucks big time! Not going back again.

I like how this subway is always clean. A teenager girl, I think her name tag said Aliyah took my order. She was very nice and polite! It was pretty busy when I was in there and noticed she was working hard, fast and efficiently! She was very professional and friendly too eventhough it was busy!

Vegetarian options: Plenty of options to choose from

Kid-friendliness: I saw high chairs available for toddler's

Foods amazing love to go there after work but if your in a rush it might take a bit and sometimes they ignore you for a second and just talk to each other and avoid you other times the staff are amazing

The staff was very friendly. I was in a rush and they were fast and humorous. My tuna melt tasted alittle off but it's subway quality tuna so it's what I deserve that I guess.

The service was great very nice girls they made my sandwichs quick, gave me exactly what I wanted, and the amount I asked for. The girls were friendly and professional. The reason for my 1 star ⭐ is because the place was burning hot. I do not know why Subway thinks it's ok for their employees to work in those conditions. I almost fainted with how hot is was in there. I would not have been as nice as those girls were if I had to work in that heat. I'm taking about 85° - 90° hot. I had to wipe the sweat off my forehead several times while placing my order and as I left I could feel beads of sweat rolling down the back of my legs. The employees should place a complaint to OSHA about the condition of their work environment.

The employees are RUDE. There is a lady there named Mel, she should be fired IMMEDIATELY! She thinks she is pretty special, she’s just an angry bitter lady who has NO place working with ANY people in general, they treat the employees AWFUL. I’ve never been so appalled at “service” workers in my entire life! Manager/Owner is no better…do NOT patronize this subway!

I acknowledge that what I’m about to post may seem highly harsh and critical… and WORDY. Just bear with me…I am a full-time retail worker, I see hundreds of faces a day and understand the importance of treating patrons and visitors cordially and respectfully. I utilize this ethic inside and outside the workplace. So here is a review from a purely professional perspective of similar station.I stepped in to order one single sandwich. Didn’t expect to feel so isolated. No greetings, minimal eye contact, not one smile or kind gesture reciprocated. One worker asked how my day was going and was clearly disinterested in actually hearing my response. There was a poor kid at the register who was clearly new, and his coworkers showed little to no initiative in helping him, despite the fact that I was the last order. Was planning to eat inside but decided against it and promptly left. With little surprise, there was no “Thank you” or “goodbye.”Never felt such secondhand embarrassment from the quality of customer service before, but on a positive note, the sandwich was delicious.

Service was awful tonight. Made an online order super quick and easy. Went to pick it up and it took us 10 min to get our food while a worker wasn't doing anything. When we got home we realized we got the wrong food so we drove back and the same worker that didn't help us blamed us for grabbing the wrong sandwich when the guy handed us a bag with our food. Then she proceeded to make sandwiches without her hair up in a pony. Food was great once we got the right order but service was awful.

One worker lost his marbles over something that was their fault. I'm sure he won't work there long if he brings customers to tears over a wrong to-go order. I also feel bad for the other people who I'm sure got chewed out for no reason. Get your act together. I'm not mad just disappointed.

It's not my favorite sub place but it does have low calorie options and inexpensive add-ons. You can get four eggs added to your sandwich for 1.20. Either that or they don't know how to add it on correctly. I payed 1.20 more than once. Plus doubling the meats isn't that expensive. 3 bucks.
