After receiving a gift card from a friend, I decided to come grab a sub at this location. As soon as I walked in, the female associate was literally blowing her nose hard into a tissue while standing behind the counter. Granted she washed her hands and put gloves on but you should not be doing that where customers can see. If she would have attempted to make my food, I would have left, gloves or not. So disgusting.
Another female came to help me, she was pleasant enough. No complaints. But when I looked at the veggies, there were terrible. Just old looking and the onions were frozen solid. She had to replace them for me. The tomatoes looked horrible.
This experience totally reminded me why I never spend my money at subway. I'm not even interested in using the rest of the gift card balance.

After moving to SF I’ve been to this location a few times over the last month and has been ok. Today I was super hungry and wanted a foot long sandwich. A couple came out right before I came in and nobody was there working. Standing there for at least 10 min I did not see or hear anyone at all. Usually there are a couple people working and this place was literally empty. So I had to go across the street to jimmy johns which I don’t like to do. They’re more expensive and they don’t have jalapeños and banana peppers which I want. If this is how this restaurant is ran then I’ll make a mental note to frequent a different subway.

Ordered 2 subs with extra meat online, both footlongs. Got home and opened our subs to find standard steak in one and 5 meatballs in the other after spending an extra 3 dollars per sub for that extra meat we didn't get. Factor in the tip, and we are even more disappointed.Also they marked our subs as ready. Went into the store and they had finished making the steak sandwich and hadn't started the meatball sub at all.We left with 1 soggy sub and 1 sub with 5 meatballs. Not happy.We don't plan on returning.

Terrible service for the night shift. Showed up 15 mins to 8 pm when their door says closing at 9pm and was rushed and had them trying to get me to speak to sandwich’s at the same time very rudely. She also cut my sandwich very sloppy and didn’t say anything just walked off… the older lady working with the guy tonight were also very rude to the family that came in after.
It's a Subway. But the staff are fantastic. They're younger, but often energetic.

We had a good experience with the staff and food. The gentleman who made my salad gave me what I asked for and then sprinkled more lettuce on top to finish it off. I was very pleased and it was just want I wanted. My husband said his sub was very good and he had no complaints. Overall very good Subway.

Ordered the new Steak Teriyaki and got chicken. Extra expense was not worth my specific order. Hope this is corrected. Visit like 5 times or more a month. Love New promotion. Very inconsistent. Employees always friendly. Just order not accurate.

The gentleman working today was great and professional. He was working with an older lady who was very unprofessional, even with how she asked me what kind of cheese, super duper rude. Even when her co-worker respectfully told her, "Customers come first, complaining in front of them doesn't look good" She then shushed him AND chucked my sub over causing literally everything to fall off. This is all while about 6 other Customers were in line behind me. I walked out and never going to that location again. That one guy working there deserves a better co-worker.
