Alexis at Subway was amazing! She recommended a sandwich that turned out to be one of the best I’ve had. Her service was fast, friendly, and she has such a great personality—it really made the visit enjoyable. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. I’ll definitely be coming back because of her!

My advice if you're going to order a salad from this location, is to list each ingredient as they add it. As opposed to doing like i did, and saying, everything except this. Because that woman grabbed just a very tiny pinch of each individual ingredient. I only didn't say anything because i thought she was adding such a small amount of each thing because she was going to layer it, like a good salad should be to be fair. But no, there was a hell of a lot of space left in that small bowl when she closed it up and charged me for it. Probably the worst salad I've ever gotten from a Subway..

Edit: well the next day i unexpectedly ended up back at the same truck stop, so i decided to give them another chance. To see if it was just a bad employee the day before, or a bad Subway location overall.
I was pleasantly surprised the second time, the lady who was working that night made me a dang good salad!! Filled the bowl so full she could hardly put the lid on it!!

Although as i was getting ready to leave. I noticed she literally used one of their packets of dressing or something like that to prop the door to the back room open. I've posted a photo of that below, definitely not the type of thing anyone should be doing.😬 So decide for yourself if you wanna eat here..🤷‍♂️

Lady behind the counter acts like you woke her up to have her make you a sandwich out of the ingredients in her own fridge. Service was awful and you could tell they weren't real worried about the condition of the ingredients either.

I was literally told to get out of the store because they had NO BREAD..!!!!!! They ran out of bread because the employee responsible was smoking weed outside!!!!! Way to go subway!!!!! I was escorted out of the store for complaining

8/22/25 1PM CST- The male worker failed to keep his work area clean, when I told him the area was unacceptably wet to place my sandwich onto, he chose to argue instead of not setting my sandwich in water. He then used his hand to wipe the liquid from the counter before grabbing my sandwich without changing gloves. Why is so much liquid allowed to sit on your countertop for sandwich making? As far as I'm aware sandwich making is not an aquatic operation. I walked out and I will do it again if you do not change.

Clean your countertops, change your gloves, and your countertops should be dry before you set a sandwich on them.

Worst service by an old lady. Her Last name may be oolanda. She made sandwich like garbage and way of talking was not good. No body behind me in line she told no time to made custom pizza also. Worst service ever seen at this subway.

So this just happened 04/04 @ 22:10 ish. I've never been told that I should have gotten there sooner when I wanted to order something off a menu. They were out of meatballs, I like the boss sub, I was told I have to get there before 8pm... Damn Subway, I only eat with yall about every other day. I bet another establishment will take my money just as easy. Im only one customer, but yeah, you all lost a customer over that one.

So they pretty much close when they feel like it they should just list the hours as a question mark

I would leave less than one star if I could. I ordered the steak and cheese foot long sub. There wasn’t enough meat to make a proper 6 inch, let alone the foot long. I questioned the employee about the portion, and he said that was all the manager was allowing for making the sandwich I ordered. Stay away from this franchise, until subway replaces the management for this location.
