My friend ordered online for pick up and she was charged but the order did not process correctly. Hoping to check and make sure if the order came through the person on the phone recommended to come in and order. When we arrived one worker, AJ, was working the front alone while the coworker and potential manager Alex was sitting in a chair in the dining area on the phone. A ton of people showed up as it was lunch and AJ was forced to work the entire line alone while Alex was on the phone. We tried to talk to AJ, as Alex was obviously not available for whatever reason, but seeing as he was working alone he did not understand what we were trying to say about the issue but he made our sandwich and passed it off to Alex who eventually made her way up to the front register to help. While still being on the phone, we told her that we ordered online and wanted to discuss the issue more but were unable to due to communication issues from lack of concentration on customers due to being on her cell phone. I have worked at a Subway before and I do know that cell phones, especially personal ones, are not allowed up front. AJ did his best but due to lack of support from his coworker he was unable to help us further than our sandwich. My friend ended up paying for her sandwich and got told that her refund "should take a day" without any more information on what she can do if they charge her twice.
It has been a full day and still no refund from the online order, so my friend has officially paid for two sandwiches and only got one. She has tried to contact customer service with no response.

They now automatically give you half as many vegetables with online orders. I asked for the regular amount after seeing that, and the employee acted like it was a big deal to just give me a regular amount.

Will be avoiding this location. Terrible experience. I placed order online so my order would be ready by the time I came to pick it up. Got there and the lady was confused I showed her my order and my bank account were there was payment taken and the address of the location and she confirmed the address was correct. She said they had no order and I'd have to pay for another sandwich. I was in a hurry so I said just make the sandwich and she then said I was suppose to pay again for the sandwich. She was not friendly at all and I paid and walked out it was like other things were more important to her then helping a customer or making it right. So I paid for 2 sandwiched and only got one. Hope whatvever the lady with gets better and someone teaches her customer service.

The salad was real small. The workers need taught how to make a salad. Thought I said parmesan cheese and wanted sauce. The workers attitudes were poor.

Just went in today because of convenience. When we walked up, no one was out waiting for us. Then all 3 came out. One was a smaller young man, probably a teen, a taller young man, probably an older teen, and a woman who was bigger build, dark hair and olive complexion. This woman had the worst attitude I've seen in a long while. She was rolling her eyes at us, looked completely irritated that she had to make us sandwiches. As soon as she was done starting our sandwiches, she closed the glass and walked to the back. The other two finished us up. The boys were left trying to make us feel better. The woman eventually walked out from the back carrying a cup and was drinking from it. I will also mention how high the prices are! These subs are NOT worth nearly $10 per foot long! I can get far better food for less! And please note, this price does not include chips, cookie, or drink!

I went to Subway . I ordered a sandwich. He made the wrong one. And when he realized he made the wrong. Did he make the right one..nope sure didn't. And he talks way too much. And you probably shouldn't say you're gonna throw a chair at us bc we wanted food an hour before they closed. Poorly executed joke .. . I will not go back. And I feel bad for whoever has to manage him. it's not our first go with him.
The staff did not have a face mask and was talking over my bread! Also in any subway they serve you the reasonable amount of vegetables, this staff did not put the right amount, I asked them to please give me more pepper and only 3, stingy. So tasty it is to eat subway but this staff is terrible.
