Good luck getting what you order if you're using the app. We live in an apartment very close by, so order online and pick it up on the way home once a week (because it's convenient), but after roughly a dozen orders being so completely wrong, I think we may drive the extra 10 minutes it will take to go to a different one. This week when I ran in, a very nice young lady gave me my food, but I've literally had my bag thrown at me before by a teen with air pods in both her ears while she sneered at me for having the audacity to disturb her and her friend while they were at work. My bad, I guess.... We've also ended up in the drive up for 20+ minutes in the past. Kind of takes away the convenience.... Tonight, the breakfast sandwich, that we ordered on Italian bread ended up being on flat bread, and extra onions ended up being no onions whatsoever. Then with my Cold Cut Combo, I said no olives, no spinach, and no jalapeños and ended up with all three. Not the end of the world, but this happens consistently. And we never get exactly what we ordered....

Miles better than 41st and Marion location. They build these sandwiches to perfection. I only use the app to order and pickup at the to go order station.
